While updating my service panel, I had a terrible electrical contractor who left cracks in my roof that caused seepage issues.

It was then I started to look for urgent repair and eventually replace the aged roof. Joe was quick to respond and come over to look at the issue. He gave a quick fix to stop the seepage. I also got a quote from him to get the roof replaced.

Joe is very knowledgeable, humble, and patient with people. He took pictures, shared options, and gave us a reasonable quote. He wasn't the cheapest, but he was most professional in approaching the project.

We also had new pavers and didn't want heavy trucks to roll on the newly paved driveway. Joe, Alex, and the team were very considerate and didn't fuss about it. They found a solution to deliver the roofing material using the forklift and crane from the road.

The entire project was estimated for four days, but the crew was very professional, arrived on time, executed the project flawlessly, and completed it in two days.

Everything was quoted/priced perfectly. I also did a scope change to include gutters and drain covers. It was gladly included in the project.

I wish it were this easy to work with other contractors. I am happy with the roofing project from start to finish and inspection. If you are looking for a reliable roofing contractor, you should consider master craft roofing company.

If all contractors had the same level of professionalism as this team, we would never have headaches.

Our roof was a shingle roof with some complexity including previously having crown moldings on the eaves, five skylights, and a shallow roof over our front entrance. One of the skylights was improperly installed 20+ years ago, so they had to replace it. Aside from that surprise extra (completely understandable), everything was priced as expected.

I have recommend Master Craft Roofing to my friends and neighbors, and one of them got the integrated roof and solar GAF solution and was very happy them.

Thanks Joe and Carlos for fixing my roof.
Joe and his team replaced my roof last year.
I noticed that my roof was chewed by squirrels several weeks ago.
I sent Joe a message, he responsed and stopped by quickly.
He sent Carlos to fix the damage with some metal panels this week.
Carlos did a great job and they didn't charge me anything.

If you need any help with your roof, it's an absolute No-brainer to call Joe and Master craft roofing. Joe and his team just finished installing a new roof for us and we couldn't be more pleased. He was referred to us by a close friend who raved about him, and now we are the ones raving. He was so responsive and able to get his team started within the week. The quality of the work was top notch, they started when they said they would start and were just so professional and reliable in every way, and their pricing is incredibly competetive. He also hooked us up with a team to remove and then replace our solar panels, as well as a painter to repair some dry rot that was discovered in the process. His project manager, Alex, was fantastic at coordinating all of the different work that needed to be done. We had dreaded the experience and cost of having to replace our roof, but Joe and his team made this such a positive experience. And...now it makes us realize how much better our house looks with the new roof and gutters. We can't recommend them highly enough!

I've done around 10 large projects hiring 10 companies/contractors, not mentioning small projects. Joseph, Lorrenzo and their team are among the top 3. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

About three months ago I needed to replace my entire roof and got around 5-6 estimates. Lorrenzo was the manager who gave me an estimate. He's very friendly and patient to all my questions. Although their estimate is not the lowest but reasonable, my past experience told me not to choose the cheapest but the best review and the way they treat their customers. By the way I chose the cheapest company a few years ago for a roof work and regretted. It turns out I made a right choice this time. They have a large team and finished my project with top tier speed and quality.

As you might already know, a lot of contractors, managers showed up only for estimates and your checks, or after they got paid, they will never really get back to you when you need them afterwords, even if they promised. Joseph and Lorrenzo are nothing like that. They came back to a few times to inspect their job themselves even after the city inspection passed, provided small fix and tweaks, and my extra request even two months later! If you click on my profile, you can tell I'm too lazy to write reviews unless they impressed me. And they did.

I will definitely choose them again for roof work in the future.

WOW! I called Master Craft roofing to help me as I had a bad roofer who ripped off the roof then left and rain was predicted within the week. Joseph was AMAZING!!! He literally pulled off a miracle and saved me! He was able to get the roof done in record time AND he even had to get a permit and even a license in my city!
I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I strongly recommend Master Craft and Joseph for your roofing needs. Joe is super responsive, his quotes are fair and competitive and he does not try to oversell or do more than whats needed. More critically, he will stand behind his work and be responsive when you need help the most. I have worked with Joe a couple of times and will not look any further for my roofing needs.
