Mast Roofing just completed re-roofing our Graeagle Community Church which is located in a rural Northern California area.

This project presented a number of challenges for the roofing crew due to the various slopes and angles of the roof ranging from flat, 4/12 to almost vertical. After a day or two into the project it was obvious to me that this wasn't a real challenge to these guys at all. There was also a number of thunderstorms, which caused some delays, but that didn't deter these guys. They even worked through some torrential downpours knowing that blues skies where on the horizon.

The one thing that impressed me the most from this crew was their attention to detail. There was a couple of times that I noticed some of the younger crew members run into an obstacle and they didn't just forge forward but stopped and asked their supervisor where to go to from there. I know some people in different trades that would snatch these guys up in heartbeat because of their work ethic and commitment to their job.

From all of the research and comparisons i've done prior to going with the seamless coating, I believe that this application will last for many, many years to come. Our area sees extreme weather changes from severe thunderstorms, extreme temperature changes, heavy snow and ice to hot direct sunlight. I feel confident that this seamless coating will go the distance.

The old part of my high end custom cabinet shop was leaking worse by the day. I'd tried to fix it several times with roof goop but the leaks seem to magically travel under the surface of the combination of curved metal, low pitch built up, and single pitch metal. The local commercial roofers wanted to tear it all off and rebuild the whole roof. Then I received a flyer from Mast Roofing which looked like it might be the answer. After a consultation from Samuel Mast, I signed their bid and they went to work. It wasn't cheap, but a lot better than rebuilding the roof.

Every seam, penetration, and transition between roof lines and roof types was reinforced with fabric like the layup of fiberglass on a boat. The coatings were applied, with the option to include two inches of spray polyurethane foam for some added R value. The result was an air tight waterproof roof. No more discovering expensive cabinets had gotten wet in the night. Moreover, we saved money every month on our heating, and the building felt warmer in winter, and cooler in summer.

We had one callback for a very minor issue which was corrected immediately. And that was 12 years ago and the roof is still perfectly functional. I highly recommend Mast roofing for your commercial building.
