I had this company come out and do my parents roof, they did an amazing job especially Mr. Paul Mason he is an angel. My parents are older and they helped and answered all there questions with ease. So 10/10 recommend this company.

This company is terrible we had a bad storm in Seagoville went around neighborhood looking for a roofer found Mason roofing sign my husband stopped asked to speak to the boss they said he was at home depot but to leave name and number and he would call back, so someone called we told him we lived directly behind on the two story house they was working at and asked for a bid he said ok ill go look so he did went on our roof took pictures and text my husband a price. made appointment for following day at 8:30 to go over paperwork my husband waited was late for work no one showed up, so he called and texted no answer, I called main number on the sign that was in the yard they was working on spoke to Alicia Anderson she said she didn't know about our appointment she would investigate and call me back so we waited on her, NO CALL BACK AGAIN ! I called following day left a message so she finally called asked me to screen shot all the messages on my husbands phone and send them to her so I did. following day she texted me and my husband and said we was scanned by two brothers that didn't speak English and had nothing to do with her company. how is that possible he was working on the house with her sign in yard. And that she couldn't honor price he gave us! Total waste of our time now back to looking for a roofer, everything was on text. if you have workers working for you and your placing a sign in the yard they all are representing your company !! DO BETTER MASON ROOFING. !!!!!!!! the man spoke English as well me or my husband do not speak Spanish he also texted in English. Take responsibility for your workers MASON !

Mason Roofing replaces our roof and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, and how personable they were. I felt comfortable and confident through the entire process! It is hard to find a reliable roofer and crews you can trust. They completed our roof in ONE day! I was very pleased with the quality of work and their attention to detail. I will be referring Mason Roofing to everyone I know. All of my neighbors used Mason Roofing as well in this last hail storm and our street looks better than ever seeing all the high quality roofs from Mason Roofing!! Thank you for a job well done.

I had a leak after they changed the roof, called them, no return call, called again and the lady was nice and apologetic, sent guys and they did a repair. The next rain, it still leaked. I sent an email to their ""info"" address, never heard back (I always got voice mail when I called), so I ended up asking my handyman to fix it. I had to repaint inside twice.

This company is the worst roofing company i have seen, i would bet the 90% of the company is made up of illegal immigrants as they barely speak english. They did a horrible job replacing the roof, they bent rain gutters, broke solar lights and just left them hanging off the home, left a hole in the roof itself, left garbage around the home, nails on the driveway. A week later, they show up at 7:40 am and start banging on the house and doing work without even telling us they are showing up or what they are doing. They have shown up all week without scheduling the work or making an effort telling us what they are even doing. This company is a joke, low quality work and un coordinated. All of my neighbors used other roofing companies, none of my neighbors have had re-work done like we are having! It's a simple comparison, i look at all the homes around me and compare to my roof and and my neighbors can even see the major difference in the quality of work.

After three astonishing low insurance estimate roofers did half, one third, and two thirds roof replacements after severe storm/hail the last six years. UNTIL 2017 !! Mason Roofing professionals are direct, honest, sincere, with high quality performers on the job. By calling them we won....scammers now are on the run.

I can't speak highly enough about Mason Roofing, the integrity they operate with, the quality service they provide and all at extremely fair prices!

The roofing industry has always just felt like a slightly shady industry even though I don't have any specific experience supporting this. Maybe because you don't always want to get on your roof and confirm any recommendation they may or may not have.

My first experience with Mason came on a residential property I was brokering. It was a half-duplex with a flat roof. It had previously had a leak, but the seller had finally repaired the leak. I wanted to confirm this for my buyer, so Mason Roof was recommended by the buyer. They came out for the free roof inspection and said everything was fine and there was nothing to do. First, it was good to see that the seller had actually repaired the roof, and second, this started to restore my possibly unwarranted trust issues with roofers.

I've known for a little while that I've had a leak in my own residence. I'd repaired it once with patching, but it seemed to have come undone in the past year. Armed with this positive experience with Mason, I decided to give them a call. They quoted me a very reasonable price after inspection, and inclusive of a turbine fan I wanted to add for cooling purposes. Sean came by to do the work and was extremely professional and friendly. As he was doing the repair, he discovered there was a substantial amount of wood rot below the shingle where the roof leak was, even showing me a picture. They basically quoted me the cost of materials and labor to fix this, I think in part because it was unexpected but needed to be fixed. Hopefully it's clear now from these experiences that Mason should be the only one you call for any roof repair or replacement needs.

I have to just say that in a world of crappy contractors, unreliable vendors and rip-off artists, Mason Roofing is the redeemer.

A tree fell through my house in the middle of the night. Crushed the entire roof. Paul Mason had the thing tarped up immediately, and negotiated with my insurance company for me in order to get the most out of our policy. When we all agreed on the price, the roof was on in a matter of hours. His crew is so fast, so professional, I was amazed.

I love my new roof! I love Mason Roofing! I hope you never have to deal with what happened to us, but if you do, give them a call.
