I hired them to install a new roof, they requested 50% down before anything was done. I paid that, before the metal was brought they asked for 25% more. I paid that with no issues. Once the roof was done they came to me for final payment, I asked for the release of lien from the metal company, the refused. (They didn't pay their bills) The owner yelled at me saying it doesn't work that way and threaten i'm going to call the metal company and tell them your not going to pay. So I then called the metal company explained what happened and ask can you give a release to Marzo, they said not at this time. If they didn't pay for the metal they were going to come after me for the amount owed, they think they can boss people around yell at them and hang up. Finally they paid the metal company so I offer to pay, they still refuse to give me the release of lien from the metal company. I paid them around 13/14k and they couldn't just pay the metal? All this over 2600.
I would not recommend this company, if you buy a roof from them learn about the lien laws!!!!!!!! Owner is nuts
Also they left a ton of nails in my drive way and my yard

Seriously the project could not have gotten any better, experience was ""through the roof""! Got estimates from multiple companies and Marzo was actually the only one to respond promptly.

Over the phone he was able to send someone down the same day! He was able to find the leak in our roof and by crawling and getting into our attic which no one else did before! This team goes above and beyond for you, no questions.

it all started with a leak , and then it could turn into worse. Reached out to many roofing services they were all a lil different but Marzo roofing I believe had the best intentions and I was right! Technician really took the time to help me understand so I was not very confused. After hiring Marzo Roofing the situation was in my living room, needed some different materials and installations. Due to the weather it was a complicated job but they really made it work! Grateful that I will recommend them !!

Excellent, they came to us a week ago and we wanted to do the process with them! They had two guys come up to our roof and working on the project. The shingles on our roof were blistering as they said which due to the pics they showed us, we needed to get that replaced STAT! Smooth I give 5/5 for communication 5/5 for work done!

I was visiting my family in Florida and they had me do the job of finding a roofing expert! They don't know about Yelp but I do! I spoke to many roofing services and decided to go with Marzo Roofing! They were incredibly accommodating and easy to do business with. They cleaned up my parents clogged gutters!

Marzo Roofing is a life saver! Talking and getting a couple quotes from different roofing services they definitely stood out to me the most. Easy process over the phone to say the very least, they sent Mike over to take a look because I told them about the problem over the phone with a couple roof leaks, and I feel the ceiling could fall on us any time. They put my mind at ease with working with them. Highly recommend!

My house is located in Port St Lucie, Florida. If I could give a lower score than one star I would. Marzo Roofing does not answer my calls or emails regarding repair of a leak in my roof that Marzo Roofing replaced 6 years ago. I have since spoken with several roofing contractors that have all said that the original work was improperly done and that Marzo Roofing should at the very least repair the roof. The cost of repairing the roof is going to be around $2800.00. This does not include repairing the damage to the ceiling. When Marzo Roofing first replaced my roof, they worked on a day that was raining and it resulted in rain water pouring into my attic and through a light fixture opening in my ceiling. This left stains on and water damage to the ceiling. Also, the truck that delivered the roofing material tore up my driveway. Marzo Roofing's solution to these two problems was to use an off color spray paint on the ceiling and a cheap patch job on the driveway that has since broken away. If there was a chance to put no stars I would. They refuse to honor a warranty for my leaking skylights. I have reached out 12 times with no action or resolution.

Bronson, who came to give us a quote on a metal roof, was super professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing materials. We had no doubt our roof would be in good hands.
I can't say enough good about the crews who worked on the roof. All the workers seemed to know exactly what to do and there was never a glitch when it came time for the various permit inspections. These men even worked over the weekend at one point to ensure that the roof would get done in a timely fashion.
Bianka, the secretary, was especially helpful to us, answering all our questions and managing the scheduling of each part of the job.
This company's reputation is stellar. We feel that the price was competitive. We highly recommend them!
