I've dealt with them several times. Customer service depends on who you get. I recommend double check prices. Prices are good on certain things vs box stores. The box stores give better discount on bulk items and return/warranty is better at box store.

I bought a door from here that was not level the frame was all messed up and not matter what we did it could not be installed properly. After talking to them on the phone they said they would accept the return then in person refused it! I absolutely not recommend buying anything from them. Their refund policy does not state any specifications but 30 days to return.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! These stores are notorious for putting numerous ads on Facebook and Craigslist with low prices on materials. But when you get there they pull the old ""bait-and-switch"".

Before I went there I message Caesar about some fence pickets. He quoted me a price on line but when I arrived there he wanted to charge me another price!

If you see any post on Facebook, Craigslist, offer up, etc please flag it so no one will get SCAM out of their time and money.

Bad business! as a business owner you know time is everything. they made me pay an extra $.25 for special order fee, to have the next day. when I get there to pick up the order they tell me my order is not there. so they tell me to come pick it up at their warehouse that is 35 mins away. Or wait until they fix their truck. I get to their warehouse and the order hasn't even been made. All they offer is a $10 gas fee. In compensation of the 2 days lost from what they initially promised.
