NOT EVEN WORTHY OF A 1 STAR... First of all I want everyone to know this man basically stole a certain amount of money from a 2nd payment he received from me. Just like the reviews say, he will take your money and run.

The floor;
This crew started a deck for me. Had several kinked up high spots on floor. Only had one screw in each 2x6x10 floor board on each beam. Used a saw zaw to make crooked and jagged cuts. Did not install enough support under the deck. Was not structurally built at all.

The roof;
Used extremely thin, flimsy osb board. Had kinks in the osb board. Used a mixture of nails and screws. Used water bottle caps and nails to hold down the black felt on roof (WHO DOES THIS!?) Horrible roof structure to say the least.

This man posts many, many ads on Craigslist Service. **CAUTION**

After receiving the 2nd payment from me, he never returned nor answered my calls. This contractor (Martin Avila) gives honest, hard working contractors a bad reputation.

So disappointed in this company. They started a deck for us and has not returned. We have paid them only half of what was owed but everything they have done is not even want was in the contract. We have called and texted and when they text they said they started the project with not going to return. I'm so sick at my stomach of why someone would do this to me and my husband. We work hard and for someone to scam is like this is not right.

Hired Martin to install a fence. Came out and done some of the work, collected some money and took off. Cannot get him to answer the phone or text buyer beware

DO NOT HIRE! We had the same experience as the others listed here. He tried to finagle extra money out of us by misrepresenting conversations. Not all work was completed and some of the work done was poor quality (they actually cobbled 2x4s together after they miscut some boards rather than getting new boards and doing it right). Like others, he's now ghosting us rather than working with us to make it right.

Scam artist. If you value your money, do not give him any because he does not deliver, only takes your money and runs. Plus, he has no identifiable address and his phone is apparently in his son's name.
