Jacob Martin is the man! Requested a quote for some dry wall work and showed up same day. I called about 3 other businesses and Jacob had the best price. He did an excellent job and takes pride in his work. I definitely recommended him. I have a few other home projects that needs to be done and he will be my go to.

Jacob worked quickly and efficiently. He was always polite and respectful of us and our home and went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable. He repaired a few kitchen cabinets, drywall, and baseboards after we had a water leak. He also painted the walls, making sure the colors matched perfectly. His pricing is fair and very reasonable. So I needed work done on my home, and I made an appointment with Jacob. He came out and gave me an estimate on 1/13/18. He was on time and professional. He agreed to fix my home anytime after 1/25/18. I said ok. He later contacted me indicated that an architect would be calling to schedule an appointment. I did not recieve any calls. He has followed up a few times saying he would come by, or he would have people come by, however he did not show up. On 2/9/18, I informed him I would be using someone else. He is flakey.

Jacob is AMAZING! He is trustworthy and detail oriented. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He went above and beyond for our drywall repair, painting and electrical job. He thought through all aspects of our job with us and always had ideas to make the room look even better.

I do not know where to begin regarding what a blessing I have received from the outstanding services of Mr. Jacob Martin. I am a elderly woman who lives alone and needed help with a multiple number of home repairs. My past experiences have been terrible with workman charging me astronomical amount of money for small jobs. They proceed to charge me not by the job but what they think I can afford by evaluating my property. Mr. Jacob Martin is truly my answer to prayer. I am a believer and God answered my prayers by having me find him thru this very yelp site. I had a long list of repairs to do in my home which would require a person with multiple skills and he was able to do they all. He is not only extremely talented in what he does, but he does an excellent job and is trustworthy. He will give you a cost effective bid that you will not believe but you will be extremely grateful that you have contacted a man who is also excels in what did does and is a man of God.

I used to ONLY use Yelp for the reviews, but was never really moved to write reviews. J Martin Home Repair's work has compelled me to laud him from the highest mountain! I was really impressed by his professionalism, his desire to make me happy with his work, and especially his work, which I brought him in for.
Jacob installed my new pre-hung double-entry doors, overcoming a couple of issues he encountered, and still completed the work much sooner than I anticipated.
He would not be satisfied until I was satisfied. Doors look great! I believe they're in better than the original doors he replaced.
He's now on my phone list as my go-to handyman, as I'm thinking about remodeling my bathroom next!

Owning a rental property comes with maintenance and repair challenges from time to time. I've had several contractors that have either been unreliable; done poor quality work, or didn't complete the job causing a financial loss on my end. Jacob Martin has done two jobs for me recently and has been spectacular. Jacob shows up on time, explains what he plans to do, and does what he says he's going to do plus more. His prices are very reasonable as well. Now, I'm a person that is very knowledge about home repairs, and techniques. I simply don't have time to do it myself. I can tell you that Jacob doesn't take short cuts. This man knows what he's doing and I completely trust his work, and will use him again for my rental and personal home.

Jacob assisted me today for the first time. He was absolutely a professional, I met him on Friday 9:00 pm (very flexible) to see the water damage we had in the kitchen cabinet, quoted me a fair price be, showed up on time and day as promised and then did an amazing job.

Finished work looks as if the damage was never there. He is very clean, professional and organized. Jacob did a fantastic job and I already shared his information with two of my friends and will most definitely use him again.

J Martin Home Repair has made maintaining and upgrading my home very simple, one call to Jacob, and whatever I need is already happening. Tile, cabinets, doors, drywall, you name it, he'll take care of it.

Jacob came out to install flooring, and my wife and I loved his work so much that we ended up having him do crown molding, some drywall and texture repair, and replace baseboards.
