So far we have only been lied too and still waiting on delivery. We have waited 14 weeks and have nothing to show for it. Who knows if the materials will be accurate or not when and or if we ever get the products. So disappointed with everything about this group. Don't even call them - they can't be trusted.

Company provided the service of field measuring the trusses for a renovation but when they arrived, they were not correct in any way. In order to get them lined up with the facia of the existing, they were off plane. In order for them to be at the same level as the existing roof, they were short, which in the end was the only option. Even doing this, there is a noticeable bump in the roof line.

They agreed to fabricate the new pieces at no cost, that would attach to the trusses to get them even with the existing facia but would not incur the cost of their installation, an additional $1,500 out of pocket to me.

Trusses were not delivered on the date promised and their errors delayed the project and caused unnecessary water damage due to the exposed roof for an extended period of time.

I would recommend you find somewhere else to have any trusses fabricated.

Good turn around time with estimating. Price was fair and staff was friendly and helpful. My trusses were delivered on schedule which is a very big deal in this industry. Overall a great experience.
