Nestor and his crew were great. The company was a referral from a friend and he was right. I got three proposals before the work and they were the most competitive/ best value. Nestor provided information upfront so I had a complete understanding of the work and any potential risks. There was plenty of communication during the job. The job got done even with rain events and solar panel removal. I would refer this company to any one who asks. There is a reason that this company has been in business as long as it has.

I met Nestor Chavez, the project manager for Martin Roofing Co. back in November 2021. I had never replaced an entire roof before, so I didn't know what to expect. We discussed several options for my roof and Mr. Chavez was helpful when it came to deciding what would be the best option for my house. I also had skylights on the sunroom roof that I wanted to be replaced and Nestor went out of his way to find me two beautiful clear skylights that allow me to see the sky and stars at night!

Whatever Nestor said he could or would do, he did it! I am very happy and satisfied with the work. The roofing instillation was done in a matter of days by Nestor's team. He came back by to ensure the property around the house was clear of any debris and that I was happy with the final result. A very polite and kind young man!

they provided me, and a time line of when they could start. The crew that worked were prompt and very professional, they cleaned up after each day

I've known Fred Martin for years. He's a great guy and a very experienced roofer, but you really never know until you have the company do some work for you personally. I recently had his estimator Nestor out to my house to estimate the repair of a leak repair. I was just expecting an estimate. He went up on the roof immediately found the problem and fixed it on the spot. He also gave me an estimate to repair and replace my old clay tile roof. I elected for the repair and they did a great job. When it comes time to replace I know who I'm calling.

I called on Monday for roof repair, was transferred to a nice sounding gentleman named Benny whom assured me that he would be here on ""Wednesday, Thursday at the latest"". He then gave me a contact number to reach him. I am in the middle of preparing for water damage remediation so it seemed reasonable. Friday comes, and I've heard nothing from Martin Roofing or Benny. I call the number he provided and realize it's transferring me to another number/service, unusual ring pattern indicating out of country? It tells me that the person ""no esta disponible, and hangs up on me. I call the Martin Roofing number and leave a voicemail. Saturday, 10:30 am... No call, no notification, Benny is at the door now looking agitated. I show him the inside damage caused by the leak. He tells me he does'nt have a ladder long enough for my single story home, granted there is a 2-3 footish parapet around 3 sides. He finally climbs up the carport roof and onto the roof and comes down 5 minutes later. ""Your roof is old... I won't repair this, you need a new roof"". I agreed, yes i do need a new roof. But i need it to not leak at this time so I can get started with the insurance covered remediation and replace the roof later this summer. But before I could say anything else, he was in his truck and down the street. I don't think he was dressed, or prepared to actually repair a roof. His intent was not to do the job asked, but to ""up-sell or go to hell"". I like to call that the ""Merry-go-fuck-yourself"" approach to marketing. I usually see it when people just don't want to actually do something, akin to stating a ridiculous price because you want the customer to say no. I had intended to pay for repair and then pay for new roof later, but I do not think I will be using the services of Martin Roofing Co.

Martin Roofing was hired to inspect and waterproof a roof on a house in escrow. After the closing the roof started leaking really badly. Mistakes could be made, but when the owner was asked to at least come out and look at the roof to see what was wrong he hung up the phone and now refuses to take all phone calls. Basically, they talk to you when they're getting your business, but they don't stand behind their work.

We had the pleasure to have a new roof installed by Martin Roofing Company, and must say that they were professional, efficient and were true craftsmen in all aspects of the work. The crew was on time and were a joy to watch. The cleanup was thorough and all the old shingles were removed as promised.
Our house was built in the late 20s and had wood damage to the facia boards and some of roofing lumber. These were replaced with better materials and the appearance is far better.
We will recommend this company to anyone needing a new or replacement roof.
