I contacted them through a third-party to get an estimate on skylight installation for our home. Their initial response was not even a phone call but a short email that said: ""how can i help you/solar tubes we can remove and trash but not re-install"". It seemed like they were not interested in my business as I had to ask them when they where available. When they finally gave me a couple choices, I responded but they didn't even answer my email for 2 days. Their only response 2 days later was ""good afternoon, my apologies for not getting back too you/if you like to try again, let me know/Ron"". I asked again for their availability, and no response. They finally called me the next day but I declined their service. I don't need a company that thinks that they are doing me a favor giving them business. If i'm going to spend thousands of dollars, I would like better service. I wouldn't recommend this company as they seem very unreliable and flaky.

Low prices...bad attitude! Price seems to be the answer to any issue raised. You get what you pay for! Customer service and courtesy can't be found at this business. Owner is burned-out and doesn't care.

We are repeat customers. They did work for us over 25 years ago & we didn't want to use anyone else. Ron was prompt in coming out, giving us an estimate, setting up a time & getting the work done. His crew came here on time, did their job & cleaned up afterward every day for 3 days! Even with a couple of glitches, they finished the job in the time estimated. Super nice people and a local company to boot!

Martin Roofing is an excellent roofing company. I highly recommend them as they are timely, efficient, neat, and reasonable in price. They just completed a new roof on our home and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. His crew and foreman are very professional !!!!! We were a little worried about our new landscaping getting damaged in the re-roofing process, but they were extremely careful. No damage what so ever.!!!

Ron, the owner, is an excellent person to work with. He is easy to talk to and helped my husband and I chose the best color roof for our newly remodeled front yard. He suggested a color we had not even considered and it was the best advice we could have gotten.

I would recommend Martin Roofing for ALL your roofing needs!

Martin Roofing came highly recommended from a friend that had a great experience with them. I couldn't agree more, as the service, quality, and timing was amazing!

We got hit hard with recent rains and my daughter had a waterfall coming down out of her closet in the evening. We called Ron immediately and left a message. He called us right back, set up an appointment on Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend, before another storm approached.

Ron and his team inspected the damage, explained it and clearly showed us what needed to be done, and provided a fair estimate and when it would be done.

Martin Roofing completed the patch work on the roof, and showed no signs of disturbing anything else. As we said, it started raining the next day as forecasted, and there was no water or rain coming back into the house.

The next time I need to have some roof repairs done or someone asks me; I will gladly call Martin Roofing.

Ron and Juan did a great job on my house in Ojai.
He was flexible with changes and made the process very easy.
His team is very good. I asked them to be careful about dropping any debris in the yard as we have chickens that might eat it, and they did a very good job of keeping everything clean.

This business answers it's phone instead of sending you to voicemail and having you wait for days to return your call. Prompt and efficient and arrived on time to do the work. Did a great job and and were conscientious about cleaning up. The estimate I received was the best price but also included quality work with a good warranty. Very satisfied - I would definitely recommend Martin roofing.

Martin Roofing removed our old roof and replaced it with a new roof. From the estimate to the completion Ron Martin and his crew did an outstanding job of communication, physicalork and clean up. The roof looks great and doesn't leak!

We went to Martin just to get an estimate. No pressure. Juan dropped off some samples and let us decide what we liked. A couple of months later; we decided to move forward as El Nino began. The crew slotted us into a predicted dry period and work began when promised. My fear was for new landscaping being damaged; but nothing to worry about, Juan ran the crew and the job was finished quickly without incident. Price was as quoted and very reasonable. The crew cleaned up nightly and the work completed ahead of schedule. Roof looks great!

The roof was completed in 2.5 days and everything was cleaned up without a trace. Mr. Martin is friendly and easy to work with.
