I requested bids from several companies to repair a leak on my roof. Joe Martenson came out right away. He gave me a fair bid and was able to start work right away. Joe snd his men were friendly and professional. The insurance company reviewed the finished roof and said the roofer did a great job! I was very pleased with their services.

Called for an estimate and the response was prompt. A date was set for about four days later but was asked to push it back another couple days due to their schedule, no problem. The guy came out to check my roof and said he would email the proposal by end of day if not the next day at the latest. Well, thursday went by, friday and the weekend went by. I called again on Monday just to let them know I never received an email and to please call back or email me. That was now almost 3 weeks ago and no response via email or phone. I dont understand why a company would waste their time and efforts. And I would think they would want business since its a competitive market and word goes round about pleasant companies. I at least got a few courtesy calls from other roofing companies left in me know they couldnt accommodate me until the beginning of next year instead of leaving me in the dark.

What a GREAT company. Joe is awesome knowledgeable and friendly. I looked for some time to find someone to repair my roof in South Pasadena! Joe was prompt, stayed in touch, work was done very well with little mess left behind. Joes crew was very polite and easy to deal with. I've used Martenson Roofing for my own roof and my parents' roof. They did great work and they were really easy to deal with. I had them do some repairs and redo the roof on a home addition. I was really frustrated with some other roofers I was dealing with, & a friend referred me to Martenson Roofing. Other than the finished product, I was really pleased with the detailed bid Joe provided me.

I needed a small roof repair to replace damaged tiles on the house during busy Holiday week. Joe was very prompt, friendly and professional. Answered my phone call right away, and found the matching tiles for our roof in very short time. Installation job was EXCELLENT, I could hardly see where the missing tiles used to be. Found this company thru Yelp and it was lowest of all 3 estimates we got for re-roofing our very steep large 2-story residence, but that is not the main reason they got the job. The owner, Joe, was personable, knowledgeable, showed up on time, answered all questions, dealt seamlessly with City of Glendale permitting process, and followed through on the very minor issues that arose during the work.

Finally, an honest and competent roofing company. Joe and his guys found an elusive leak in my roof that four or five other roofers failed to fix properly. The price was far more reasonable than we expected and I'm really sorry I didn't hear about these guys sooner. I could have saved a lot of money and spared my ceiling a lot of damage. I will use them again and recommend them highly.
