Exceptional service. I need help at my mothers house to fix a roofing issue Bob Marshall and Ted fit us into there schedule, helped to clear the garage so the work could be done. The job was completed promptly as described in our pre-work discussions and they cleaned up the construction area afterward. We even asked for additional work in the garage while space was available and it was performed. To complete the job they cam back to help us to put everything back into the garage. The best part is that after thirty years of owning his own roofing company he is still on the roof doing the work. He will be there when he says he will, stay with the project until you are satisfied, and keep you informed all the while. His charges are in the mid range but his quality of work is priceless. Bob repaired the roof on my historic Spanish Revival house. His professionalism, attention to detail, and expert craftsmanship are what has earned him the top rating I listed above.
My house roofing project included extensive framing repair, due to the fact that parts of the roof were original and the structure had been impacted by dry rot over the years. Bob was on site the entire time, leading the repairs and overseeing his team of employees. They thoroughly cleaned up all construction debris when the project was finished.
I found Bob to be a wealth of knowledge concerning the many aspects of roofing and wood work, he was always ready to explain in detail what needed to be done and review the progress of the project with me personally. The roof was replaced over 2 years ago and I have had no roofing related problems since that time.
