Company Overview

We are a family-run business. The dad manages all business ventures, while the son manages all roofing for residences.

Our company is fully insured and are a recommended provider with numerous insurance carriers on the home front.

Our commercial GC collection includes site development for both home communities and commercial projects. Our work includes medical facilities to athletic training facilities and competition venues. In recent years, we have constructed an indoor sports complex in Frisco, TX, and we are in the planning stages of an 88,000-square-foot sports venue in the Rockwall vicinity.

Reno Marsh, our founder built homes and roofs for Weekly and Goodman back in the eighties to pay for his studies at North Texas in Denton. Following a corporate career, he returned to real estate and construction, but now with a fresh perspective and training. As a Certified Project Manager, he effectively manages both small and large projects. Whether it’s a minor roofing job or a $10 million commercial project, we are thankful to receive every job, and our goal is the customer. There are two types of companies: profit-centric or customer-centric. Our focus is on customer-centric practices, and the profit tends to follow. As I explain to my children, individuals fall into two categories: those who take and those who give. Which one do YOU choose to be? Giving is much more rewarding. Enjoy your day, and I appreciate you reading my note.

Feel free to check out my LinkedIn profile.

I’ve been happily married for 24 years (yes, that’s 24 years straight).

I have two fantastic children (at least on even days of the week).

My wife, Toni, manages the office and makes sure I’m organized and that we stay on top of our bills. As a real estate broker, she handles all my development contracts and also deals with residential properties.

My son, Bryton, leads the roofing crews and will be moving to Arkansas for ROTC in the fall. He has worked on projects since he was young and is one of my most reliable employees, though he can be quite frustrating at times.

My daughter, Bri, is attending A&M and wants to save the world and decided to become a vegetarian unless it’s Cains chicken fingers. Such is my life.

My goal is to maximize opportunities and add value, both in business and life. For the first 50 years of my life, I focused on success and now I focus on significance.

1.) Stay humble
2.) Conduct oneself with integrity
3.) Persist and appreciate the journey.
