Marsh Development & Construction
Company Overview
Our company is family-owned and operated. The father oversees all commercial projects, while the son takes care of all home roofing.
Our company is fully insured and are a trusted partner with various insurance providers on the residential sector.
The portfolio of our commercial GC includes site development for both residential subdivisions and business properties. Our projects vary from medical office buildings to sports complexes and event spaces. Recently, we built an indoor sports venue in Frisco, TX, and we are in the planning stages of an 88,000-square-foot sports venue in the Rockwall area.
Reno Marsh, our founder built homes and roofs for Weekly and Goodman back in the eighties to finance his education at North Texas in Denton. After years in the corporate world, he came back to real estate and construction, but now with a new outlook and knowledge. Being a Certified Project Manager, he efficiently handles both projects of all sizes. Whether you need a small roof or a 10 million dollar commercial building, we feel fortunate to receive every job, and our priority is the client. In this world, companies fall into two categories: profit-driven or customer-driven. We emphasize a customer-centric practices, and profits naturally follow. Like I tell my kids, people can be divided into two groups: takers and givers. Which path will YOU follow? Being a giver is far more satisfying. Enjoy your day, and thanks for reading my thoughts.

I am in my 24th year of marriage (yes, that’s consecutive years).
I’m blessed with two wonderful kids (at least on even days of the week).
My wife, Toni, manages the office and makes sure I’m organized and the bills paid. As a real estate broker, she manages all my development agreements and also deals with residential properties.
Bryton, my son, manages the roofing teams and will be moving to Arkansas for ROTC in the fall. He started working on projects early on and is one of my most reliable employees, although he can be a source of frustration at times.
My daughter, Bri, is attending A&M and has aspirations to make a difference and is no longer eating meat unless it’s Cains chicken strips. Welcome to my life.
I aim to create opportunities and provide value, both in business and life. For the first 50 years of my life, I focused on success and now I focus on significance.
1.) Maintain humility
2.) Uphold integrity
3.) Keep going and savor the journey.
