Company Overview

Our company is family-owned and operated. The father oversees all business ventures, while the son manages all roofing for residences.

We carry full insurance and are a trusted partner with numerous insurance carriers on the residential side.

Our commercial GC collection includes land planning for both home communities and commercial projects. Our work includes healthcare facilities to athletic training facilities and competition venues. Recently, we built an indoor sports venue in Frisco, Texas, and we are in the planning stages of an 88,000-square-foot sports venue in the Rockwall region.

Reno Marsh, our founder built homes and roofs for Goodman and Weekly back in the 80s to finance his education at North Texas State University. Following a corporate career, he re-entered real estate and construction, but now with a new outlook and training. As a Certified Project Manager, he successfully oversees both minor and major projects. No matter if you require a small roof or a 10 million dollar commercial building, we are grateful to receive every job, and our goal is the customer. There are two types of companies: those focused on profit and those focused on customers. Our focus is on customer-centric practices, and profits naturally follow. Just as I teach my children, people can be divided into two groups: those who take and those who give. What choice will YOU make? It’s far more fulfilling to give. Enjoy your day, and I appreciate you reading my note.

Don’t hesitate to view my LinkedIn profile.

I’ve been happily married for 24 years (yes, that’s all in a row).

I have two fantastic children (at least on even days of the week).

My wife, Toni, manages the office and makes sure I’m organized and that we stay on top of our bills. Toni is a licensed real estate broker takes care of my development contracts and works in residential real estate.

My son Bryton oversees the roofing crews and is heading to Arkansas for ROTC this autumn. He has worked on projects since he was young and is one of my most reliable employees, although he can be a source of frustration at times.

My daughter, Bri, is attending A&M and aims to change the world and is no longer eating meat unless it’s Cains chicken strips. Such is my life.

My goal is to maximize opportunities and bring value, in both my professional and personal life. I spent my first 50 years pursuing success and now I focus on significance.

1.) Be humble
2.) Conduct oneself with integrity
3.) Never give up and enjoy the journey.
