Marsh Development & Construction
Company Overview
Our company is family-owned and operated. The father oversees all commercial endeavors, while the son takes care of all roofing for residences.
We carry full insurance and are a recommended provider with many insurance companies on the residential side.
The portfolio of our commercial GC includes site development for both home communities and business properties. Our work includes medical facilities to sports complexes and competition venues. In recent years, we have constructed an indoor athletic facility in Frisco, and we are in the planning stages of an 88,000 sq. ft. sports complex in the Rockwall area.
Reno Marsh, the owner framed houses and roofed for Weekly and Goodman back in the 80s to support himself through school at North Texas State University. After spending time in corporate America, he came back to real estate and construction, but now with a different viewpoint and skills. Being a Certified Project Manager, he effectively manages both minor and major projects. Whether you need a small roof or a $10 million commercial project, we feel fortunate to receive every job, and our focus is always on the client. Businesses can be classified into two types: profit-centric or customer-centric. Our focus is on customer-centric practices, and the profit tends to follow. Like I tell my kids, people can be divided into two groups: takers and givers. Which one do YOU choose to be? Being a giver is far more satisfying. Wishing you a great day, and thank you for taking the time to read my message.

I have been married for 24 years (yes, that’s consecutive years).
I have two fantastic children (at least on even days of the week).
Toni, my wife, runs the office and keeps me organized and that our bills are settled. Toni is a licensed real estate broker handles all my development contracts and works in residential real estate.
My son, Bryton, leads the roofing crews and is heading to Arkansas for ROTC this autumn. He started working on projects early on and is among my best and most dependable workers, even if he can be a bit challenging at times.
My daughter Bri studies at A&M and wants to save the world and has chosen to stop eating meat unless it’s Cains chicken strips. Such is my life.
I aim to create opportunities and add value, not just in business. For the first 50 years of my life, I focused on success and now I concentrate on making a difference.
