Charles Marlow, President of Mars Service, co-founded the company with its initial service line, carpet cleaning, drawing from his ten years of experience in the multifamily and carpet cleaning sectors. Since that time, Mars has broadened its service lines as it identified multiple needs of its expanding customer base. Charles oversees the customer experience across all of Mars Services' divisions: Mars Carpet Cleaning, LLC, Mars Resurfacing, LLC, Mars Housekeeping, LLC, Mars Pest Control, LLC, Mars HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, LLC, and Mars Maintenance and Make-Ready, LLC. In 2011, Charles initiated Mars Carpet Cleaning and has since evolved it into Mars Services, a full-service provider for its customers. Charles began his journey as a carpet cleaner in the multifamily sector in 1999 and has since worked for multiple companies, gathering knowledge and learning how to offer a leading customer experience. Charles takes pride in Mars Services being acknowledged by SMU Cox as one of the 100 fastest-growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area during the 2016 Dallas 100 awards.
