Charles Marlow, the President of Mars Service, co-founded the business with its first service line, carpet cleaning, based on his decade of experience in the multifamily and carpet cleaning fields. Since that time, Mars has broadened its service lines as it identified multiple needs of its expanding customer base. Charles oversees the customer experience across all of Mars Services' divisions: Mars Carpet Cleaning, LLC, Mars Resurfacing, LLC, Mars Housekeeping, LLC, Mars Pest Control, LLC, Mars HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, LLC, and Mars Maintenance and Make-Ready, LLC. In 2011, Charles initiated Mars Carpet Cleaning and has since evolved it into Mars Services, a full-service provider for its customers. Charles began his journey as a carpet cleaner in the multifamily sector in 1999 and has since worked for multiple companies, gathering knowledge and learning how to offer a leading customer experience. Charles is proud that Mars Services was recognized by SMU Cox as one of the 100 fastest-growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at the 2016 Dallas 100 awards.
