Charles Marlow, who serves as President of Mars Service, co-founded the company with its first service offering, carpet cleaning, leveraging his ten years of experience in the multifamily and carpet cleaning industries. Since that time, Mars has broadened its service lines as it identified multiple needs of its expanding customer base. Charles oversees the customer experience across all of Mars Services' divisions: Mars Carpet Cleaning, LLC, Mars Resurfacing, LLC, Mars Housekeeping, LLC, Mars Pest Control, LLC, Mars HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, LLC, and Mars Maintenance and Make-Ready, LLC. Charles started Mars Carpet Cleaning in 2011 and has grown it into Mars Services, a one-stop service provider for its clientele. Starting as a carpet cleaner in the multifamily industry in 1999, Charles has been with various companies, acquiring insights and mastering the art of providing an exceptional customer experience. Charles is proud that Mars Services was recognized by SMU Cox as one of the 100 fastest-growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at the 2016 Dallas 100 awards.
