Sierra, a mother of four, recently experienced a serious accident that crushed her spine and several bones. She has undergone two back surgeries so far, leaving her paralyzed from the waist down. Doctors believe she will walk again, but it may take 12 to 18 months to regain any sensation. She faces years of recovery ahead. At the moment, we are four hours away from home, lacking income, and unsure of what to do next. As her husband, I want to support her; we only have each other, and she needs me now more than ever for every small detail we often overlook.
