I found this company on yelp a few months back. All the of five star reviews are true. This company and Manuel are amazing. I had 5 estimates and Manuel was the best. He explained everything that they were going to do and made sure i understood and answered any questions i had. His pricing was very fair. His crew is awesome, very polite and clean up at the end of every day. Very hard working. I feel so lucky i went with Markeasy Roofing and Manuel. I have already referred three people to him and feel very confident in doing so that they will have the same great experience. Paying for a roof is already painful the service and quality should be epic and it was.

Review to comment on roofing quote consultation. Personal decision to delay roofing work so did not start work with company.
Called company line to ask for free roofing assessment and Manuel came out to my property within 2-3 business days. Manuel communicated clearly and I did not get any pushy sales feeling of upsell. He spent time taking various measurements of my roof to give precise material cost. I told him the house gets really hot during summer and Manuel gave some options to alleviate the heat being trapped in the attic. His quotes were comparable to the current market prices. Unfortunately we opt to delay roofing work so did not start contract.

We discovered a leak in our roof after a couple of large rains. It wasn't a big job so they were able to fit us in on a Saturday just before another big rain. We have had several since and no drips.

Recently had a great experience with Markeasy Roofing to fully replace our home's roof. It was easy to communicate with Manuel on all elements of the job from beginning to end. Pricing was competitive and Manuel was very transparent on costs that could come up related to repairs after the existing roof was torn off. The crew showed up early each day and worked until dusk. I was home for most of the time the crew worked and was impressed how efficient they were on the job. Never show up at the initial appointment for inspection. Called and Manuel confirmed will come but never did, no response from text as well. Not reliable at all.
