While there was some initial miscommunication on both our parts, Mark's crew went above and beyond to try and make things right for us. They even gave us ideas on how to make things better than we'd planned. One of his men even donated an item personally to us to make a dark room brighter. I've never had another contractor do as much. Since our initial miscommunication, Mark has been working hard to listen to us, and tell us what he has planned, and we've been working harder to make sure they know our needs. While no construction project ever goes along without a hiccup or two, these guys will give it their all to make things right for you and your family. That is the mark of a good contractor. Pamela C.I wish we would have the names and phone numbers of the men that whitworth contracted to paint our house. They did a wonderful job and were polite and cannot say a bad thing about them. NOT so about Mark Whitworth. There were a few little things to be done; after they were paid in full, but Mark would never return my calls. My advice is go direct, don't use Mark Whitworth Construction
