The owner, Mark was unprofessional and discourteous to me about a repair job that they had provided a proposal for. After Mark provided the proposal, he did not return multiple phone calls seeking to schedule a date to do the work. When I did get him on the phone, he said he will call me back and never did. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend. If the job is too small, say so, do not ignore the customer.

This company is rude and completely unprofessional. The owner Mark thinks its acceptable to yell and cuss at a homeowner getting a roof done. I find nails and debris all over the place from where they removed the old roof, and that was AFTER they cleaned up for the day. Today day 2 of the redo, they throw debris and nails all on my flowers in my flower bed, and take it upon themselves to move my stuff and just throw it out of the way. I have never seen a more unprofessional company in my life!! I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!!
