Red Rhino construction, the owner Mark Orman his excuse for screwing our community was "" I'm sorry, I will try to do better next time"" when he knows that there's not going to be a next time. He has 5 units in our neighborhood The Arbors at Hidden Lake in tarpes for 6 months now.... I José ReyesGarcia residence of this great community wrote a review before this one saying how dishonest this guy Mark Orman, and how he has no integrity. His response was he was sorry, no denial of the situation nor any solution.
We have tried on many occasions to communicate to no avail.

I am unable to edit my previous review from April 2023 so I am adding this review to correct my statement. I am editing my review as a resolution was provided and changed my review to be a fair representation of my experience. I have to say that as upsetting as it was that my HOA community decided to choose this vendor for our $500k project, the project manager overseeing the project saved their reputation. I want to thank Ivey for working with me regarding the roofers damages to my property and yard, usage of my power, and breaking of my water faucet. As upsetting as it was to endure all these issues, Ivey communicated and has wanted to peacefully resolve this from when she first reached out to me. I am happy to say that we were able to peacefully resolve this issue to my satisfactory.

Red Rhino Roofing exceeded our expectations. Not only was their quote the most competitive, but their time frame was a fraction of other local roofers. Within a few weeks we had our gorgeous new roof, final inspection and a new four point inspection. Our insurance company is finally happy and our tenants raved about what a great and quick job the roofers did. Red Rhino were very professional, great quality and reasonably priced. We will highly recommend them to our family and friends.

My HOA community chose this roofing company to do a $500,000 job in the community. $50,000 more than a more reputable and professional company. We the homeowners are being assessed $10k each for this project for unprofessional workmanship and damages. I had just pressure washed my fences that they managed to get dirty and left stained. My back yard is left with all sorts of trash, plastic, and wood pieces. They USED my power without even asking me in both the front and back of my unit. I shouldn't have to be supplying power to workers after I paid my HOA $10k, nor should I have to be re-clean my whole yard and fence. In the front they stomped all over my ONE shrub and messed up all my pavers. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. My property management company told me to have my attorney contact them when I filed my complaint with them for property damage and use of my power!! And it's not just me! Other homeowners are furious as well as they used their water and left it running, damaged their entire garden, and the list goes on!!! Can't believe my HOA paid more money for unprofessional work!!

Mark's company Red Rhino Roofing put a metal roof on our home and we couldn't be more pleased. Mark had a couple of different crews out: one to tear off the old shingles, prep the decking, and install underlayment; and another to install the metal. This is not uncommon in the roofing industry as different team members have different skill sets. Mark's foreman was on site everyday to oversee everything. With any issues that came up, Mark and Franco, his foreman, were very responsive and made sure everything was done according to code. You never really know the quality of work a company will perform until they start, but we were pleasantly surprised. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly from the gutters out to the street leaving hardly any debris. It is hard to find anyone in the home service business that keeps their word. Mark kept his and we appreciated that. Now our home is cooler, the electric bill is lower, and our insurance rates are reduced. Selecting a metal roof through Red Rhino was one of the best decisions we have made for our home.

I had Red Rhino Roofing / Mark Orman Construction put a new roof on two of my homes. One was a flat roof and one was shingles. Mark came out and gave me a quote on both that was less than the other quotes that I had received. They were able to start both within days. The reroofs were completed on time. Mark was easy to reach and a good communicator throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

Mark Orman (also a licensed general contractor, which you want) performed my home inspection. I chose him based on excellent reviews on Yelp, but when I went back to add one his review page was gone so I made a new one.

He was extremely thorough. He arrived early with his digital camera and smiling face. Mark was very up front and professional with me and took his time explaining every little minute detail of the inspection on site to me. He provides a hand written report on site and a very detailed typed up one on email or however you want it delivered a few days later.

The next day I got my wind mitigation report and this saved me hundreds on a home owners insurance policy. A few days later a very detailed portfolio of the inspection with pictures.

Mark also has his own construction business and here are his other credentials. I verified him before using.
