We hired Mark Anthony to replace our roof and fix rotted wood eaves and facia boards on our home. Mark showed up to see how the job was progressing every day and asked us if we had any questions for him. Things were done very professionally and the team cleaned up every day and were all very polite. They also came inside and put plastic up under our vaulted ceiling to catch any dirt that may come through the roof. I had not thought of that. Everyone worked very hard and I am a very picky person.

I am always skeptical with businesses and contractors doing work to my home. I have had a few bad experiences with different contractors. Mark Anthony Roofing is the exception. From start to finish installing a completly new roof went flawlessly. Mark, Alex, and Ted along with the entire roofing crew were comminicative, respond immediately, answer your questions, professional, not pushy, the list goes on and on. Researched contractors to reroof my mother's 1960 home. Had (7) come out. Immediately narrowed that to two, based on who we met and their professionalism. Mark Anthony wowed us with his referral list, experience, and bid. He fully disclosed the house had signs of significant wood damage (termites, dry rot). He provided us with an a la carte price list for lumber, to account for replacement cost as needed. 30 years of deferred maintenance had caught up with the structure. After a week, my mother has a rock solid new roof (both shingle and torch-down), insulation over rooms that previously has none, and a significant amount of new lumber (rafters, rafter tails, fascia boards, OSB ply). The replaced lumber matched 1:1 with a termite inspection report we had from 2018. Impressive. Would wholeheartedly recommend Mark and his team.

Of the ten contractors that I met with Mark's provided detailed answers to my questions and continued with additional information that demonstrated his 40 yrs plus of experience and put any reservations about moving forward to rest. Mark was the only contractor to present documentation covering the full description of the roofing products used, warranty and a list of 50+ previous customers for us to contact as referrals on the spot. After researching roofers in our area, we hired Mark Anthony Construction & Roofing (MA) to replace our roof and to fix the rotted wood on our home in Vista, CA. We chose MA because they had great reviews from their references and the various websites that we checked. The clincher was we needed some skylights replaced and in the process of working with that vendor we quizzed him about the best roofers in our area figuring that he had direct experience. He unequivocally said that Mark Anthony was the Best Roofer in our area. We then made the decision to hire Mark and his team and never looked back.

MA partnered with us every step of the way on our project. They were extremely professional, organized and worked as a coordinated team in preparation of the roof including working with two separate companies who were responsible for dismantling of our solar and water solar panels. The logistics of preparing for the start date was carefully coordinated around the production delivery of the skylights.

The real pleasure of this job was the MA crews who were sent to work on our home. Not only were they all friendly and professional but they worked together as an integrated team. In the initial phase of the project, there was a 10-person crew who removed all the tile paper and wood that needed to be replaced. Jose, who was in charge, was meticulous about the crew's work productivity as well as making sure that our surrounding property was not adversely affected. Every day the crew arrived on time to begin their work, were courteous to us and carefully cleaned up and removed their equipment and trash nightly.

The team was extremely skilled in their respective roles from replacing the wood to the art of installing the new multi colored tiles of our blended tile roof. During the whole installation, Mark Anthony made on site visits to ensure that our project was going as planned. We are very pleased with our new roof and huge fans of the Mark Anthony Construction & Roofing team and wholeheartedly recommend MA and his team.

This company is top shelf all the way. The price was great never over or understated any scope of the work.licenced bonded insured so no way an employee could ever sue you for an injury. Never tried to bypass the permit/inspection (saving a few hundred at the costs of a bad job not worth it) which passed with flying colors. The inspector even made the comment that its look like the house is new. And it does. Every day they were here at the end of the day you couldn't tell they were ever here. No trash left behind. No construction waste or equipment left for us to hold on to for them. Absolutely nothing bad I can say about bout them. I could write a book about how I feel about the level of professionalism MARK ANTHONY CONSTRUTION I believe you would do yourself a serious disservice if you don't hire them
