Have used mario for a number of services never had any issues, this last time I paid him in advance $465.00 for his labor and material. It's been a month and Mario has been giving me the running around and has now disappeared will not return my calls or text.

Mario did an amazing job! We hired him to repair a stucco wall, graffiti removal, and rain gutter. Mario explained his process thoroughly and did very high skill/quality work. He completed the job quickly in two days and was super clean, not leaving a mess behind. He went above and beyond our expectations by painting other parts of the building too. Super fair pricing. My shower was leaking from underneath the caulking so I assumed all it needed was to be re-caulked. Mario came out and said he could caulk it and stop the leak but that would not fix the real problem. He said the shower pan may have a problem. He gave a quote and I scheduled for a return visit. On his return visit he investigated the problem thoroughly and said the drain basket was missing a gasket which would cost way less than his original quote. He was honest and did a great job and his work is guaranteed. I would use him again.

This is the second time I hired Mario and once again he did a phenomenal job. I hired him to paint my patio roof it's roughly about 20x10 he took his time didn't rush through it and it came out flawlessly THANK YOU MARIO

Mario came out to repair sliding glass doors that were not rolling properly And some locks were not working. Not only did he clean out all the wheel tracks and locks he also told my mom how she could do it herself in the future. the pricing was very reasonable. She was so impressed she has even scheduled him to take care of a roof leak after getting a more expensive quote elsewhere.

Mario is doing great job. He took off the old 4 feet light fixture from bathroom ceiling and replaced new recessed light. Unfortunately, He did patching on the ceiling and it looks good. Unfortunately, I have to paint the ceiling myself because he was rushing to leave.
