Awful service this Felipe guy who says he is the owner of this business if very un professional comes out looks at what the repairs need to be done puts a tarp on my roof to stop the leakage then send his son and another man to supposvely work on the roof said he did work on my roof but did not charge me anything I tried to call him to pay and or see what the next step was and never called back. Had his son on the day he came to remove the tarp show me a fake photo of a roof they said fixed that was mine and it was not it just rained and my roof still leaking. This company should be shut down so they dont do this to other people!!!!!

Denisha called to give me 15 minutes notice that they were going to tear my roof off. I told her and I called Felipe to say that rain is in the forecast and I don't want them to start. By the time I got to the site, the roof on the garage was gone. They assured me the new roof will be on before it rains. Due to dispute over shoddy work like not replacing rotted woods, cutting the ends off, and attached short pieces to the rotted pieces, replace with untreated wood and leaving a pile of garbage on driveway,they were fired. They only protected the roof with flimsy plastic and the roof leaked. I have 6 holes in my ceiling. I called and texted Felipe before, during and after the rain, but he never responded.

Marin's came and inspected my roof in preparation for the sale of my home. They have no experience with shake so they should not have agreed to inspect it in the first place. Anyway, they inspected and recommended that I REPLACE the roof at a cost of $14,000+! The roof is only 14 years old (25 year life expected). I got a 2nd opinion and it is going to cost $325 to fix it. If you ever call Marin's ask first if they have experience with your type of roof.

I had a great experience with the team at Marin's. They were not the cheapest but they were competitive and I got a good feeling in the quoting stages, so I went with them.

I had to facilitate the deal while being overseas but it still went pretty seamlessly. There were some weather delays but they started on time and completed the job on time, despite the delays.

Rooking jobs rarely go perfectly but Marin's were on the job and always willing to work with me to ensure things got done to my liking.

My roof has a very steep pitch, so it was not an easy job to do. Nonetheless, the roof looks fabulous and I feel I got spectacular value for money working with Marin's.

I recommend them highly.

Boy! If you want flat roof! this is the guy! Felipe is very experienced with this type of roof! extremely reasonable in price and his warranty is longer than other roofing company.

I will have him reroof another house for me at west sacramento. If he can handle flat roof very well, he can do any type of roof. I have hired many roofers in the pass, I know who is good. I used to be a realtor and I flip homes and I own many rentals . Just saying!

If you can wait for Felipe. He is super busy (of course with good work at good price) Or you can spend couple thousands more hiring company (specially the one that send out professional salesmen that call you every couple hours to get you to sign contract) go ahead! No offense but will see who is smarter! lol

We had Marin's Roofing put on our new roof in November 2017. It was organized through another company who works with Marin's for energy saving improvements. Meaning, I did not schedule directly with Marin's but with a middleman of sorts.

We got an amazing price - thousands lower than every other bid we got (and we got a lot!). The roofing material they use is high quality and energy efficient. We also had a strange flat roof portion over and add-on and they tackled that beautifully. They even roofed our shed!

The only star I am deducting is because there was more debris left than we felt there should be. Not horrible but we thought it would be more cleaned up. I did have to sort of nudge them to come back to put our gutters back up too. I mean they are excellent at what they do but there are small hiccups. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We have been in our home 9 years and the our 1962 house looks so much better.

The customer service there was so amazing the Deisha , customer service was so amazing and the people really do care about you not just about the money about you and your home I called them about my roof and they immediately sent somebody out to tar it because rain was coming again amazing people

A realtor recommended these guys but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. They kept telling me that they'd either call me or come out but then they'd not do what they said. After calling them 4 times over a 3 week period I finally gave up on them.

Details:
- set up an appointment on a Friday; they said Felipe would visit the property the next day and bid it
- the following Tuesday when I'd not heard from them I called and they said they still had not gone to the property but would get back to me which they never did
- nearly a week went by without hearing from them so I called them the following Monday and got a Denise, now 10 days after the initial phone call; again, they promised to go out ""tomorrow"" and get back to me right away but again they failed to do either
- called them yet one more time the following Tuesday, now 18 days after the initial contact, and talked to Annie who this time said she'd check and call me back ""right away""; she never called me back and it is now over a week later

I have been using Marin's for the last 4-5 years. As I am a developer/builder, they have replaced no less than 30 roofs for me over the years. Their service is top-notch -- considering how busy they stay, this is no small feat -- and the quality is first-rate (and if for some reason it is not, they will fix it immediately!). Ironically, the reviews stating ""poor service...they don't call back..."" were made during the busiest time of year -- especially THIS year, when people were scrambling to replace roofs and fix leaks when it was raining as if the flood was coming. FAILURE TO PLAN ON YOUR PART, DOESN'T MAKE IT AN EMERGENCY FOR THEM -- rating them low due to your ineptitude is not fair (or responsible rating). Prices are very reasonable. HIGHLY-HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Phone calls are not returned and they didn't show up the day they scheduled to complete repair. Horrible.
If you are too busy to take on work, you should say that from the beginning- don't take on more work.
