Very responsive and great customer care - at least on the initial impression. Picked up the phone right away, happened to be in the area and was over at my house within 20 min. Was honest that the area I needed to repair wasn't a roofing job/ outside of his scope of work (tiles). Took at look at the rest of the roof and was honest about it not needing immediate repair or replacement, except for a small section that could use resealing within the next few years. I liked that he wasn't up selling me.

Marco did a terrific tile-lift on my (original) ~30 year old roof (about 4000 sq. ft.). I chose him from three different roofers who bid my job. He estimated well, and he and his team executed his estimate on cost and schedule, exactly as he said he would. He worked with me to accommodate some special needs (my preference for a particular type of vent, my desire for his not replacing the tile under my solar panels which were over the garage and adjusting his bid accordingly). Marco analyzed the roof and corrected a couple of items which had been poorly done in the original. He was always personally accessible, answering my texts/calls quickly if not immediately. The crew did a great cleanup each day after work was done. He took care of everything, and his crew were friendly and accommodating. I recommend him highly.

My experience wasn't so great. I called Marco out to my house to get an estimate. He went up on the roof, took pictures, made measurements, then said he'd get back to me. I followed up by phone call and text several times, but he never gave me a quote/estimate. He's one of those guys. I just wasted 2 weeks trying to follow up with him.

I called Marco Roofing and explained we needed a post-fire check of our roof for damage and to re-seal and repair whatever was damaged. We made an appointment, my husband took off work to meet him there and he arrived at our house and said, Can I come back tomorrow? Of course never heard from him again. I imagine he thought this was an entire re-roof, even though I explained on the phone it was not. Unprofessional.
