I hate doing home renovations and fixing things cause it's always a disaster! Marco and his team are AMAZING! He is responsive and punctual. He tarped the roof before the rain thinking he wouldn't be able to make it for a week. But literally showed up two days later. They fixed the leaks right before the rain started yesterday. Before him, I had called G & C roofing as well and he just stopped responding...never followed up or anything. Another roofer said I should just replace the whole roof without even going on the roof to check what the problem was!!! Marco is amazing. Highly recommend!!!

I'm glad I went with Marco to fix our roof. He immediately arranged time to drop by to give me an estimate, which I think is reasonable. He communicated well and was very nice. The next day they started the job. His crew worked efficiently to complete the job in a few hours. They are very professional.

I have an old Spanish style house with a clay tile roof (not something I'd trust to anyone). Marco and his crew took care of my house like it was their own -- went beyond what I expected (little things like cleaning out all my gutters, painting exposed trim, installing new flashing where it wasn't installed correctly the first time, and even painting the flashing to match the exterior paint). Very polite & conscientious -- one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. Very fair price too.

Really appreciate his honesty. Came out here within 24 hours of my call to see if my roof needs maintenance. He said ""Good news for you, bad news for me, your roof is perfect."" He wasn't even going to charge for the inspection. He was also very prompt and easy to communicate with. He came right when he said he would. I could use a ""Marco"" for every facet of my home maintenance.

Marco did a small roof repair for me for wind damage. Then a couple years later I asked for an estimate for re-roofing half the roof. He gave me a good estimate, the crew arrived on schedule (actually a couple days early to avoid rain) and were exceptionally professional. Did a great job. Looks great, no mess, no leaks, ported out all their debris. No extra costs - right on the estimate.

Marco responded fast to my appointment request. We set the appointment and I texted him the address. We confirmed, and then once again the morning of the appointment he texted he was on his way. Marco was a few minutes early, so BEFORE I even got there (I know from the tenants, plus I actually saw him turn the corner leaving before I knew it was him), he refused to wait for me and refused to take my calls or respond to my texts, trying to find out why he left so abruptly (and for the record, I WASN'T late). After 3 voicemails and 5 texts in the next hour, I finally texted him that I was about to give him this bad review, when he finally returned my call. Once on the phone, he threatened me to hang up and accused me of raising my voice which I did not. Then he ""explained"" that the reason why he didn't bother to wait was because he was booked till March (not that we discussed at all timing) and that it was too far for him. I asked him why did he then make the appointment, showed up but then not wait for literally 1 minute, when he HAD the address, so he KNEW how far the property was. I also asked him why did he assume that I needed the roof replacement right on the spot and not in April (which is actually what I need). He couldn't answer and hung up. I contemplated a lot, if I should even waste my time writing a review at all, especially because his rating is very good and that's why I called him in the first place. BUT then I decided that his behavior and demeanor was so bizarre, that I had to share. As a real estate professional, I believe in prompt, proper and honest business dealings. That's how I operate.

Very responsive and great customer care - at least on the initial impression. Picked up the phone right away, happened to be in the area and was over at my house within 20 min. Was honest that the area I needed to repair wasn't a roofing job/ outside of his scope of work (tiles). Took at look at the rest of the roof and was honest about it not needing immediate repair or replacement, except for a small section that could use resealing within the next few years. I liked that he wasn't up selling me.
