Marc Roofing did an excellent job on our new roof. 3 days total, they removed old roof installed 3 sky tubes (they provide much sun light , no need to turn on lights in bathroom, Landry and center hallway) then installed new roof and new gutters. They crew were very professional and nice to work with. There price was also excellent. I highly recommend Marco Roofing, Michael Burke

I have the roof inspection done from Marco around December 2021, they want to charge $150 for the inspection. They told me that if I agree with the work done from them then they will refund the inspection cost.

So we finally had them to fix the roof. We paid for the work done and asked to minus the inspection cost.
This new management is very bad and not honest.
He refused to return the inspection cost.
So beware if you have to get the roof done from them.

Wow, what a change. New owner? New management?
They previously did work for me and it was acceptable.
This time, getting them to do anything was like pulling teeth. First, I was told- ""as past customer, we will try and get you scheduled this week."" Next phone call was "" I think we are too busy to do your job"" finally they arrived after 2 weeks and the estimator decided to put his ladder on my gutter and bent it and scratched off the paint. Doesn't every roofer know this is NOT where you put a ladder?
Then after denting my gutter told me ""easy job, we should be able to schedule something soon"" ...
Then never heard from them again...
They won't here from me again either...

We wanted to replace a fragile clay tile roof with composite shingles before the rainy season started. Marco Roofing's bid was competitive and we felt most comfortable working with Chad. He was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. We had a lot of questions and he answered each one promptly. The entire roof was completed in about a week and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. Replacing a roof is not an insignificant investment and we had a great experience. Thanks!
