I never imagined find worse service,is horrendous.
Spend my money and time for anything, not only that, also worst customer service, call me I complain and brazenly close call, that Mrs. does not respect customers, not recommended at all this service, never,
Nathie T.Horrible service!!!!!Patricio came to my house, convinced my husband to do a good job and the next day it rained and the whole house was filled with water. When I called to complain, the lady (Spanish), spoke with me and said they do not return money and she closed my call. It is disgusting, the worst people I have ever encountered. I lost my time and my money
I manage property and it seemed that this could be the start of a great relationship but it quickly soured because of the attitude and lack of good customer service of the Owner Patrick. Sad, because once I find a good specialist my office gives them tons of work. On the day of work I got a call from him that he needed an electrician immediately because there was a line of electrical running across the roof. I was confused about why this was just coming up now if it could have been clearly seen on the day that he visited the property to give the estimate. I now understand from the tenant that he never went on the roof for the estimate. My normal electrical guys could not be there at the drop of a dime and he was instantly irritated. He had a guy that charged me $725 to lift the electrical so the roofing material could be applied and then place the electrical back down. The roofing job was paid out based on his original estimate of just over $8000 but his own finished estimate was 10% higher. Once I received the bill I let him know that I would mail out his $829 balance in three weeks once I received additional funds from the owner who lives out of the country. He called me today, extremely belligerent, acting as if I had fallen off the map and been dodging him because he called my office over this weekend and I didn't return his call over this weekend. I told him that it is Monday and I am just getting back into the office. I asked him if he received my email from 3 weeks ago telling him that I didn't expect this difference but that I would mail it out as soon as I got the funds from the owner. He stated yes but that he didn't care. He said that his contract reduces the normal 5 year warranty to 1 year if someone doesn't pay him immediately. I reminded him that the difference was not included in his original quote and that the cushion (owner retainer) money that I hold for my client was used to pay his electrician. I then asked if he was threatening me with this warranty reduction. He said no but yelled that he doesn't like anyone owing him period - not even for one day. For this review, I would like to mention that while on the phone with him working out the electrical service issue, I went into great detail with him about my owner retainer amounts and approval limits. The end result was me approving his contractor because he said his guys would stop work and may not be able to return for weeks. They would leave the roof off. This was in the beginning of February with threats of El Nino approaching. I advise you to find ANYONE else besides this company to service your roof.
I recently had a new roof put on my house by Mar Vista Roofing. Patrick provided excellent customer service and was always pleasant on the phone. The roofers working with him were courteous, timely and efficient. My roof was finished as promised and it was a pleasure working with Patrick and his crew.
I highly recommend Mar Vista Roofing.

Drew H.Totally unprofessional service. This company is rude on the phone, takes forever to get the job done, then rudely calls back to demand payment. Overall, terrible communication. If I could give zero stars I would. This place should come with advil for the headache they gave me.
Gregory R.I would not recommend based on the horrible customer service I was given just over the phone. I am in customer service myself, and never ever have I experienced the lack of tack from someone (Patrick). This company was recommended to me to.
I called Mar Vista Roofing, and Patrick came out that same day and wrote up an estimate on the spot. He suggested that since our roof only had a single layer of 3-tab shingles on it, we didn't need to remove the old roof; we could just reroof right over it and save a lot of money. Then he handed me a long list of references, with phone numbers, addresses, and a description of the work done on each. Prior to this, we already had 3 other estimates, but none of them had offered to reroof over the existing roof, and they were all significantly more expensive.
I was impressed with the price as well as Patrick's professionalism. I took a few days to call some of the references, who all had wonderful things to say about Mar Vista Roofing. That made for an easy decision.
Throughout the process, I continued to be impressed with the punctuality and communication. So many contractors are lacking in this area, but this is a well-run professional business. The process was so smooth and painless, I couldn't believe it was over already. The new roof looks great, and while we haven't had any rains to test it yet, I'm confident that it will be just fine.
Mar vista roofing is unprofessional and unhelpful. I've called and emailed them about multiple projects, requests proposals, and onsite visits. Patrick answers the phone takes all your info and then the contact drops from there. No responses by phone, text, or email. Don't bother.... It's a waste of time!!
Patrick came to my house and looked at the roof and said it was fine and should past the inspection. He was so honest. What a class act.
Michel B.I spent some time to find the right roofer and was very happy with Patrick and Mar Vista Roofing. He's a very straightforward guy. Honest. Direct. Ready to answer any of the many many questions I had. He did exactly what he said he would do. When they tore off my roof there was a bunch of wood rot, which needed to be repaired. They took care of it quickly and at a reasonable rate. He even helped me get the info I needed to claim my rebate from DWP. I certainly recommend this company. You'll be in honest, good hands. No cheap, cruddy labor. This is the real deal.
