Let me tell you if you need a repair on your roof quick and fast and for a reasonable price! You need to call this young man the first rain we had. I had four leaks and Brad showed up and repaired them all for a reasonable price. this last rain we had. He called to check to make sure that they weren't leaking how many people go out of their way to make sure that you're taken care of properly. Work well done. Thank you Brad. God bless you and your business. Oh, and not to mention he is licensed and insured.

We had issues with leaks after rainy weekends that the Property Mgt companies' contractor had ""fixed"" more than once. We called Manna Roofing Company and Brad set something up immediately.

We were candid about the HOA, past roofing company and their own vendor. But wanted to submit his inspection and recommendations to the HOA and just have it resolved for good, hopefully with Manna.

Brad noticed other issues with dry rot on a pergola added by the complex, adjacent to the roof as well. He never said anything negative about the other contractor and suggested they'd likely recommended replacing the entire section, but were only approved to patch by Prop Mgt. Sure enough - that was the case!

So we had Brad come to replace the impacted portions of the Pergola and then looked over additional work we had delayed and replaced over the back patio area. We also had turf we wanted installed, but the bigger issue was the drainage due to the misdirected water from the roof structure (poor design in general). When he was between roofing clients, he came in over and completed so much work outside of his specialty, yet he did an excellent job AND managed to bring in enough compact granite and sand that the back patio yard is usable and cute, but USABLE for the first time in 2 summers.

So the other company came for the roof portion, showed us the original estimate to the Prop Mgt and asked why it was finally approved.

We told them honestly and they were equally impressed with Brad's integrity and professionalism in making us aware this happens more often than we realized. As it typically reflects poorly on the Roofers, without anyone realizing they tried to do the right thing immediately. So thankful we were still able to have him do the additional work - and how he took just as much pride in it as if it was the bigger job.

A friend also hired Manna for their roof replacement and he did an excellent job! Hire him - you will not regret it. He's one of a kind and so dedicated to his trade!
