I am so happy to give Mann and Sons Roofing the highest rating possible! My disabled brother lives in El Paso, and I coordinate his care from my home in California. Farmer's Insurance decided to cancel his homeowners policy stating his home needed a new roof. I contacted several roofers in El Paso and was pleased with the estimate Shawn (Mann) provided and how easy he was to deal with. He understood the urgency of the situation and the stress I was under dealing with it. Within a week and a half of me reaching out to him, his team completed installation of a beautiful new roof and provided me with the photos needed to document it for the insurance company. I was so worried the whole process was going to be a nightmare--especially considering I was trying to arrange it long-distance--but it was exactly the opposite thanks to Shawn. He made everything easy for me, which was so appreciated! His crew worked their tails off, left the worksite clean, and did a heck of a job. I am so pleased with how everything worked out, and I would use Mann & Sons Roofing again in a heartbeat if I ever had need of another roof in El Paso!

I was looking for a reputable roofer in El Paso, Texas, to replace my Mom's roof. I live in Arkansas, so I went searching online. The first roofer reponded quickly, and I met with him when I went to El Paso. Promises were made, promises not kept. He kept putting us off, so I got rid of him and went on the website Thumbtack and found Mann and sons. Shawn Mann called me immediately after I put my information in the system. Shawn was very professional and polite. He said he would go out to look at my mom's house and give me a quote. We coordinated with the insurance adjuster, and the job got started. Shawn was so attention to detail and made sure my 89 year old mom got the new roof that she needed!!! She is over the moon with the quality of work and how Shawn made her feel comfortable with the whole process. If you need a new roof or a repair, please call Mann and Sons in El Paso, Texas!!!!

Sean was super responsive when asking for quotes and came out to see the house the next day.
The bid was lower than expected with all of the same materials and processes quoted by other roofers.
Once the job confirmed the crew began working immediately after and did a great job of communicating what they were doing at any point and what was next. They did run into a difficult situation with a patio roof deck that was in bad shape and had been previously covered with hot tar and rolled on asphalt, complete mess. Sean and his crew worked their butts off making the surface ready for coating and saved us a good chunk of money in the process. The 15 year warranty was a great selling point too!
The job looks great and we would recommend Mann and Sons Roofing to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and workmanship.

As a military couple, we purchased our home site-unseen and relied on a home inspection to point out potential problems before we committed. Unfortunately, our home inspector did not reveal any significant roofing issues. Our home was less than 5 years old when we purchased so the roof was the least of our worries. You can imagine our surprise when 2 days of moderate rainfall created a growing wet spot on our living room ceiling.

We found Mann and sons off of google and he responded within a day to our email. He was prompt and informative in all of our communication. He provided multiple options and helped work with our insurance company to ensure we received the maximum compensation for the damage. Once we committed, he had a crew on-site within the week and completed our total roof repair within 3 days.

Overall, we were frustrated by a new home having roofing issues and lack of cooperation from the insurance company. Enter Shawn Mann and Mann and Sons roofing-- they were by far the most responsive roofing company and came in hundreds or even thousands lower than the other four companies we contacted.

Heaven forbid you have a roofing problem, but if you do. Call Mann and Sons. You will not regret it.
