Cooper. Established in 1946, our Gulfport, MS contractor began as Mandal's Roofing and Sheetmetal Works, transitioning to Mandal's, Inc. following Mandal's death in 1963. Over seven decades, we have emerged as one of the Gulf South's premier roofing contractors. Our ascent to prominence is no coincidence.
