Mandal and the late James A. Cooper. In 1946, we began as Mandal's Roofing and Sheetmetal Works in Gulfport, MS, and became Mandal's, Inc. after Mandal's death in 1963. Through seven decades, we have risen to become a leading roofing contractor in the Gulf South. Our rise to prominence is not by chance. Christopher L. Cooper serves as the president and owner of Mandal's, Inc. His focus is on three fundamental principles: First, complete the job as promised.
