From the first contact with Manada through Ruben (the estimator) through the completion of the project was 5 stars. This is an honest and reliable company. The price quote was fair and reasonable. From the tear down to the finished product, workmanship and crews were excellent and respectful, and the staff was a pleasure to work with. I have two types of roofing. They installed 30 year Corning shake and 50 year Membrane, along with gutters. There was more work than expected, but they did not charge for it. Also, they were able to work within my tight schedule and get the project done before the rain. This is a reliable family business that has been doing roofing for over 30 years. - I am Chris W. in Hayward.

Manada Roofing installed new metal roofing at our home in Hayward and the experience from start to finish was great! I called to make an appointment for a quote and within a couple days Ray came by the house to check everything out and show us our options and I had a quote that week.

Upon pulling the trigger on the new roof I made the deposit payment over the phone and material orders were placed. Enedina was my main point of contact in the office and she was always extremely helpful with updates, scheduling and payments.

The field was just as great. Pascual was very friendly, helpful and informative. I loved that his main priority was always that we were satisfied with the work and that any and all questions were answered.

There was one minor bit of trade damage during the demolition of the existing tile roof where it appeared someone had accidentally stepped through ceiling drywall and the very same day it was patched, taped and textured then painted the following day. This small incident showed that Manda Roofing is a company that stands behind their work, owns up to any mistakes or issues and addresses them promptly which I respect very much.

Our overall experience with Manada Roofing was very pleasant and all their staff was great. I hope to do business with them all again and have already recommended them to a neighbor looking to have their roof replaced as well.

Manada roof installed a roof for me. The staff was polite and responsive until there were problems. The gutters were not install correctly -- in the rainy season, a light rain would caused overflow in the gutter in several areas. I suspected that it was because not enough downspouts were installed, or the gutters were not installed correctly to allow water to drain to the downspout (as a matter of fact, the contract stated that they only install the gutters but will not adjust the position or slope. Be aware!). So I spent additional $ to have several additional downspouts installed. I selected this company based on the yelp ratings. But my experiences with them have been disappointing.

Manada Roofing completed a roof project on my home in Oakland's Rockridge District in 2017. My neighbor across the street is a general contractor and was amazed by their skill, quality and thorough work!

I rehired them this Summer to replace a tar and gravel roof for our beach house in Bodega Bay with TPC roofing material. Got onto their schedule quickly! All communication was smooth, professional and courteous. This company has fantastic customer service.

There were 1-2 spots that needed to be sealed after the job completed and, true to form, they came right out and fixed the problem with a smile...

We recently had our roof replace due to rodent problems and through the rain we found leaks. They came by and gave us an estimate and we thought it was reasonable but the worker was impatient after asking several questions. We didn't felt like his customer service was up to par. Then decide to go with another company. Learn your customer service before doing business. Because he wasn't professional they lost a customer. I hope the management can address that issue before they start losing more business.

i needed a new roof before installing a solar photovoltaic system. I got about 5 or 6 quotes and Manada roofing gave me one of the best quotes in term of price and the people seemed nice and not snobby like some contractors are.
The work was done quickly and they even were able to move some vents within the same estimate. Moving the vents allowed for more solar panels to be installed.

Fast response, professional and fair price.
We needed to have the gutters done. They came out the next day for the estimate. Emailed us the proposal- we accepted it. The next week they came back for the job. There were three people working on the project. It took them a day to finish. No debris left at the job site.
We are very pleased with the out come.

These guys are legit. They did my roof on my San Francisco house 2 years ago. Did a fantastic job and the quote was fantastically priced. Recently, I had a drainage issue, they came right over to fix the issue. I highly recommend them.

Manada has terrible service and followup. They don't stand by their roofing service and won't warranty their work! I used them to install my roof, and some years later when I started to have leaks, they overcharged me and actually didn't fix problem! When the next major storm hit, I advised them their work didn't fix leak, and they declined to fix it by saying there's no warranty on their work! Don't waste your money! With their change/handover in their management, Manada has now become a scam roofing company...stay away!!
