These guys are legit. They did my roof on my San Francisco house 2 years ago. Did a fantastic job and the quote was fantastically priced. Recently, I had a drainage issue, they came right over to fix the issue. I highly recommend them.

Manada has terrible service and followup. They don't stand by their roofing service and won't warranty their work! I used them to install my roof, and some years later when I started to have leaks, they overcharged me and actually didn't fix problem! When the next major storm hit, I advised them their work didn't fix leak, and they declined to fix it by saying there's no warranty on their work! Don't waste your money! With their change/handover in their management, Manada has now become a scam roofing company...stay away!!

Review Update: I want to reiterate that in no way was I satisfied with the work or the customer service. If you look at the final repairs you can clearly see the replaced tiles are NOT a color match. While I did appreciate the fact that a representative came out later in the day to try to alleviate the issue, the conversation ended with the rep promising that she would be speaking to the owner about being overcharged and the lies told by the workers. Needless to say, after they billed the payment, I never heard from them again. Again, please do not frame the response to appear that all my concerns were addressed. I remain unsatisfied with what I received in regards to ""professional service"" and hopefully this review will prevent others from being ripped off like I was.

I am very happy. We had a a leaking problems for two months nobody knows the water came from roof plumbing or somewhere else. We called the plumbing they said your plumbing is okay. We called Manada Roofing. I talk to Marta the sweet lady and she helped me a lot. It was really hard to find out where the water came from. Finally after while to find out what is the problem. Thank you so much Pascual you helped me a lot and you are the good men. And your cousin I forgot his name. I highly recommend this company to everybody. They so professional friendly and nice people they don't care about time and money they just care about your problem. Thank you so much for everything

Summary: Low bids, you get what you pay for. Our roof leaks. Their warranty isn't worth much, neither is their word. 2 years into a 5 year warranty,

When we got the quote, due to drainage issues on our property, we asked them to angle our downspouts towards the street. We asked the guy cutting the gutters to do the same, as well as the young man who installed them. None of this was done. They left all the gutters going the exact same way they were originally, with the downspouts in the same exact location.

We asked them to fix it when they finished the job. We asked them to fix it again and again and again, emails, phone, etc. Jesus even came to our house, told us that it couldn't be done (but then he changed his mind before he left and said that it could be done and described how, even sending us a quote for the work later). He said he would fix it for free since we were dissatisfied and since they messed up relaying messages. 2 months later, he sent us an $1,100 quote. He told us that they didn't write it into the contract so therefore they wouldn't honor their word. I'm guessing this is how they achieve the low bid.

. They left roofing nails all over our property, including our driveway. (They came back later and cleaned up most of it)
. They left our property a mess, with shingles everywhere, debris all over the garden. (They came back a few weeks later and cleaned up most of it)
. They didn't do the work that we asked in terms of gutters/downspouts (2 years later and they have yet to fix anything)
. They left one of the downspouts disconnected at the roof, so we had a waterfall next to our front porch (They fixed this several weeks later)
. They didn't connect one of the suntunnels - it is loose in the attic
- They removed insulation around the suntunnels (which is understandable because they are going to cut a hole), but never put the insulation back afterwards (meaning they left huge sections of joists without insulation).
- they broke a lot of wood on our roof, their repairman said we should bring it up with ""the jefe""
- 2 years later, our roof is leaking, there is water in our attic and our ceiling drywall is getting discolored - they say they won't fix it.

I had an appointment to get a estimate for new gutters and dry rot repair. The rep I believe his name was Jesus came out, was very prompt and courteous and said he would email me an estimate either later that day or the next day. When no estimate arrived I called him, he apologized and said he would get it to me later that day. Again, no estimate ever arrived. Called again, now he is not picking up or returning my calls. This has been going on for three days and I explained the work is time sensitive as we are painting exterior our home end of the month.
Called the office today, not his cell and left a message that if the company doesn't want the work just let me know so I can look elsewhere. If I have to call this many times, never get a response, maybe that is a sign I need to look elsewhere for a more reliable company that returns calls. Hate leaving a one star review, but this company obviously does not pride themselves on communicating with their customer.

I met their sales rep at the Alameda County fair back in 2011 and we had our roof re-done the same year. It's been a while but I am still very impressed with the work they did and have recommended this company to everyone who has asked for a roofing referral. I had taken many pictures during the days of removal to the beams to the finished product so looking back it reminds me of the amazing job they did, the safety measures they take with their crew (all up to code), and the efficiency of clean up at the end of each day so as not to leave roofing debree on my lawn or down my driveway. I discovered a bad leak in my tile roof. Ruben came out on a Sunday to inspect and fix the problem. Very pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced repair. I will call on them again if I encounter future problems with my roof.
