If you want to deal with delay after delay, zero communication and broken promises then this company is for you. It took 6 months to get my roof replaced after a hail storm in April 2021. Chase, the project manager kept saying they would be here in two weeks. Then there was no communication with him at all. He would not return phone calls for nearly 6 weeks and then I got an invoice from the company with zero work completed. When I called they said Chase left the company. On to project manager 2. Still no contact for two weeks so I called the main office and spoke with the regional supervisor and he promised to handle the project. Then no contact with him for several weeks. Called to complain and on to project manager 3. Finally got on the books for three weeks out but no phone calls to confirm. They finally called the day before and said we will be there tomorrow. The work seemed okay. Then the gutter fiasco kicked in. Weeks later, they only replaced the front gutters but not the back. The crew said they had no idea about the back. Called to complain and said they didn't do the back gutters and did not put leaf guards on as required. They promised within two weeks. Several weeks go by and another crew comes to install the back gutters. I asked where the leaf guards were and they said they had no idea that was required. Meanwhile I am getting invoiced and I won't pay until all work is completed but the office has no idea what is left to do. Finally got the leaf guards installed in late November. It felt like a full time job to get these people to answer and perform work according to the contract. Extremely frustrating! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I'm disappointed that Ryan Everett from ""Mammoth Roofs"" is not able to read my polite sign that states ""Please, No Soliciting."" I filed an insurance claim for hail damage and was happy that I was referred to mammoth as a preferred contractor for my roof. They were always communicating with me throughout the entire process and were true professional.

There was a small incident that happened during construction but they resolved it quickly. I received a call from the owner Scott directly and rectified the issue in no time.

If you are need any roof repairs or a full replacement, I would urge you to call them and not waste your time shopping around for a second rate providers.

What an amazing, organized and professional group of guys...from Cameron, the sales rep and coordinator to all the Roof Monkeys who did their magic! They were like a fine oiled machine...Amazing to watch! They protected my plants and patio furniture along with making an enormous mess but I have to say they didn't leave a scrap of anything behind...they cleaned everything thing up in record time! They did it all in one day and my My roof is beautiful!! Thank you Mammoth!!

Choosing a roofer can be a tough decision. Working in the insurance industry I can tell you that there are a lot of roofers out there that will say anything to get your business , and then they do a sub par job, and don't warranty their work. So it's refreshing when I come across a company that wants to take as good of care of my customers as I do , and has followed through time and time again. Owner Scott Edwards is passionate about doing things the right way. And you can tell he's instilled that philosophy in every single one of his employees , from the guys writing up the estimates , to the guys hammering the nails. They work hard , they clean up the worksite like they were never there. The end result is that my customers are happy, with a job done the right way.

I would recommend Mammoth Contracting for roofing and siding repairs. Last year working with Darrell at Mammoth was a true pleasure, he helped me out when I was in a bind. Got everything taken care of quickly and in great condition. He also helped and inspected my new home being built to provide the roofing damages that needed to be taken care of prior to purchasing the home. I highly recommended them.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good things about this company. Zach Cisneros, the consultant, put me at ease right away because I had a hole in my roof and extensive hail damage. He was honest and trustworthy and helped me through the entire process of getting my damaged roof replaced, even in dealing with my insurance company. The team arrived early (before 7 am) and completed my job all within ONE DAY, Done! By 7 pm, every scrap was picked up, cleaned and hauled away. My new roof is so beautiful! I am so impressed with Mammoth. It's refreshing to find a company that values quality and integrity, and I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

On 04/12/2020; our roof sustained damage to the ridgeline due to high winds in our area. I immediately contacted Mammoth roofs. Scott Edwards' team jumped into action. They started with an assessment of the roof and showed me photos of the damage. After a thorough assessment, it was determined that only the ridgeline of shingles needed to be repaired (not the entire roof). It is honest companies like this that promote our local economy. The repair was thorough and done in a timely manner. I would contact Mammoth again if I ever had ANY issue with my roof. A huge Thank You to Scott and Tim for your professionalism and honesty.
