If you want the best customer service and the best products available for your roofing needs, Malachi is it! They replaced our roof almost a year ago, and completed it in a day. After the ice storm we just had, I wanted them to make sure the limbs that fell, didn't hurt our roof. Zach had Orlando here the first week after the storm. Roof is still going strong!
I can't say enough great things about Zach and his crew....look no further, they are the best!

After 3 months with no kitchen, I fired them. A day after firing them, I had the appliances re-installed by myself and I had a plumber come out to re-connect my sink. At least the kitchen is functional now -- no thanks to Malachi.

I've spoken with Zach multiple times regarding what went wrong with this project. For what it's worth, it seems like some changes may have been made to help rectify the problems. As for me, I will find somebody else to finish the kitchen.

They found multiple issues from a different roofing crew that installed our metal roof 6 yrs ago. They took pics of before and after repairs. Wonderful company to work with.

Last spring we returned from vacation to see tree branches torn and roofing repair persons in and around the neighborhood. Roofing solicitors were continuously slipping cards and fliers on our doorstep (illegal in Georgetown). My husband happened to bump into Zachary with Malachi outside, and unlike the other contractors he was not pushy at all. He simply explained there'd been a hailstorm while we were away, and he offered to have a look at our roof. He took pictures and brought them down, including photos of a small area of decking that needed replacing, and he offered to replace it at no extra charge. The turn around time between taking photos and providing the bid was VERY quick, and he us gave tips on how to communicate with our insurance provider. Within just a few days, State Farm had an adjuster here, and Zachary met him at our home. The 2 of them went up on the roof together, and literally within 2 hours the SF adjuster was giving us a check to begin work. He and Zachary explained how things would proceed from there.

It did take us awhile to get scheduled because there were so many damaged roofs at the time, but Zachary always kept us informed about what to expect from his schedule. He responded kindly and quickly whenever we called with questions. We told him we wanted to change the color of our roof because we'd recently done other improvements and had a different look in mind. We also said we wanted a more dimensional look for the roof but didn't have funds to make much of a contribution beyond what was covered by insurance. Zachary knew exactly what we were looking for, and within a week or so he brought tons of sample boards for us to chose from. He was INCREDIBLY patient with me as I slowly eliminated them one-by-one, and he explained the price ranges for each to build up the ridge lines in order to achieve the look we wanted. He provided a final, written detailed estimate that included a promise to pick up all debris, including nails and small metal bits on the ground by using magnets. He gave us ""heads up"" about what to expect in the way of noise and vibration during the job. We agreed I might want to remove crystal from the glass cabinet just in case.

The crew finally arrived and finished so quickly- 2 days labor and a few hours a 3rd day for clean up. (I did continue to find pieces of felt(?) and tons of the small grains from shingles in and under the downspouts for weeks, but I imagine that's to be expected.) The crew's work was efficient and they were careful with the landscape and debris. Zachary then came back out to review the work, our adjuster did the same, and he was quickly paid. The SF adjuster commented on the great quality of the job, and that reassured us even more. Because Zachary was so professional, this was the most pain free insurance claim we've been through.

Regardless whether it's an insurance claim or not, we would highly recommend working with Zachary/Malachi Consulting for any project you're contemplating.

Don't let the location fool you, referred by word of mouth I called to have some missing shingles replaced on my roof in SW Austin and received prompt, courteous service as well as high quality work! It's really nice to know you are in good hands when people are working on your home and I can't recommend Malachi Consulting enough. I'll be contacting them going forward regarding any other projects for my home - roofing as well as miscellaneous contracting work!
