Contacted Majesty Construction for an estimate. Robert came to my home and provided an estimate. Robert was confident that his team could do the work in 1-2 days. Robert stated he can get started in just a couple of days. On the same day Robert provided the estimate, I sent a text message to him asking to text me the date/time he can get started but for some strange reason, Robert never responded to that text. 2 days later, I tried calling and texting Robert but again no response. A week later...I tried calling and texting but I NEVER heard from Robert again. It is ridiculous and unprofessional that Robert would take the time to provide an estimate but I never hear from him again. If Majesty Construction was not interested in doing the work, Robert could have simply said that but to lead the customer on and then never respond is just unconscionable.

Competitive prices. call or text he was there. Recommended his work to a friend- soon starting her project.

Just finished remodeling the kitchen. Took only 3months. Great crew and Robert was very informative along the way. Letting us know about termite damage so we could take care of it. When the electrical panel didn't need replacing just updating, he suggested we use the money to put insulation in the walls before the cabinets went in the kitchen. I was shocked to find out there is no insulation behind the plaster walls. I guess they didn't do that in the 60's. It has dropped the temperature by 20 degrees when the sun beats on that side of the house. The on-demand water heater is awesome. We no longer have that large water heater in the laundry room. Really transformed the space. Robert choose the cabinets by asking me a few questions. The auto close on the cabinets is a must. Thanks again!

Ok this review is looong over due.
From the start I emailed to 5 different contractors on Craigslist for a kitchen rebuilt and Majesty was the only one who responded- weird right.
When the owner Robert came over, he had his ruler and notebook ready...we explaines to him what we wanted to do and of course, how much. First he needed to take all the measurements before giving me a quote. After he took the measurements he left and came back a couple of days later with a 3D image of out kitchen. This surprised my wife and I and thought it was cool. He brought some cabinets and floor samples..we want our cabinets plan and smooth but unfortunately he didnt have any that we liked but suggested these old fashion looking ones which will look good in my old house. Everything else he had.
My wife and I thought about it and decided to go with his idea. Now the price which is the most important part...when robert gave us the price I literally buried my head on our table like a little kid and was so happy that it was below our budget by 6k.My reaction made Robert thought the price was high but when we agree with a Hell YES, the contract was signed.
With a saving of 6 thousand dollars we spoiled our kitchen. Majesty and his crew were very clean, polite and well organized. Robert will give us weekly updates and they were always spot on. We liked them so much much that we hired him to do 2 of our bathrooms, a back room windows and our back porch...and again they did a phenomenal job..I highly recommend Majesty to any one. And now i have some of my friends hiring him as well and they are extremely happy with Majesty.
I cant wait for our next projects...the master bathrooms and the laundry room..pictures will come,

Great work. Very happy with the work Robert and his guys did in our house. We needed a garage remodel and had looked around to get different quotes. Robert came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. We were able to get a new garage for a good price in a timely manner. My first contact with Majesty Construction began in the summer of 2014, after a fire damaged my rental town home. Majesty Construction was able to give me a quote and get started right away. Robert, of Majesty Construction, walked me through every step of the 4 month construction process, providing me with options to choose from and solutions for challenges. Robert is very easy to work with especially when so much is at stake and a lot of stress. Robert was able to work with the HOA, City Inspectors, and Insurance companies requirements. Majesty Construction created a wonderful ""new"" space from a devastating fire. Potential tenants were ecstatic to see the remodeled version and was easily rented to excellent tenants. If there were any post construction issues, Robert always made sure to make it right and make me happy! : )
Since the fire in 2014, I have also had Majesty Construction work on 3 major projects: roof replacement, sewer line replacement and water damage to the Master bed, bathroom and closet. The main crew, Juan and Eli, worked tirelessly every day of the week to get us back to a normal life. I am very satisfied with the work, customer service and fair pricing--which never exceeded the original estimate.
