I am in the process of selling my home and had a couple of broken/chipped roof tiles that needed to be replaced. Majestic Roofing sent a couple of people out right away who proceeded to conduct their own inspection of my roof. They immediately replaced the tiles needing repair and also found a vent cap was missing for the HVAC unit. They replaced that as well free of charge. Every employee I dealt with was very friendly and extremely helpful. I had such a great and speedy experience with Majestic and would recommend them to anyone. HORRIBLE COMPANY, They were supposed to fix my patio roof so I could have my solar panels put back up and they used sub-standard wood and did not even install the roofing correctly just sticky roof topping on top of shotty Plywood no nailbase just the roof topping. Plus the wood they did put up was not even cut straight so it looks like garbage and is not structurally sound for people to even walk on now. As you can see from the pictures some pieces are too close some are to far some are cut incorrectly and go from to close to, to far. Also tje roofing is hanging over the edge and if moisture gets under there it will cause the roofing to lose the stickiness and fall off. The worst part in order for them to fix it they want to charge me to rip the roof off again and replace the wood so much for the 1 year warranty. Piece of garbage company. People BEWARE of this shady company.

Initial roof repairs were not fixed thoroughly, as the roof continues to leak whenever it rains. Garage ceiling will flood due to unfixed roof leak. Problem Date #1: November 2013 We moved into our house in May 2013 and discovered some major flooding in the ceiling of our garage due to some heavy rain that occurred in November 2013. We immediately called Majestic Roofing in November 2013 (who had been contracted to make roof repairs in September 2012 of the previous year) to determine why the roof was leaking. It was only one year since they had made the initial repairs -- yet the roof did NOT make it through the rainy season in 2013. I asked for Majestic Roofing to send someone out to check on the roof, and they sent Alex to check on the roof in November 2013. Alex explained to me at the time that he was going to clean the initial roof repair area and readjust some tiles. He assured me that after his fix (which lasted about 10-15 min), the roof should last through the next rain. Problem Date #2: February 2015 Another year has passed and we enter the rainy season again in February 2015. Again, after the first heavy rain, our garage ceiling flooded due to the initial roof leak. This demonstrates that the ""attempted fix in 2013"" did not resolve the problem, because the roof was not repaired properly. I contacted Majestic Roofing again about this problem, and they sent out the same person (Alex) to come review the problem. Alex spent approximately 30 minutes to fix the roof by removing the tiles and adjusting the metal valley for water to flow down. I have video clips of his work. He assured me that the repair should fix the problem and would withstand the next rainy season. Problem Date #3: October 2015 Fast forward to October 2015 (just 8 months since Alex's last visit), and we had another recent rain in Bakersfield. My husband discovered that the garage ceiling was wet again, which means the roof is NOT fixed and LEAKING again. I contacted the roofers in mid-October 2015 regarding this leak and Majestic Roofing refused to come out to fix the problem that was ""never fixed in the first place."" Summary: Majestic Roofing did not thoroughly repair the roof in 2012, and subsequently, the roof continues to leak year after year. The leaking occurs at the beginning of every raining season. I am very disappointed that this business is not trustworthy and does not fulfill its warranty to ensure that the roof will not leak throughout the rainy season.
