After meeting with 5 or more contractors, my business partner and I decided on Maingreen. We met with Matthew to go over our options, colors and action plan. After we decided, the team started right away. We received text, videos and photos of the work progress, which made us very happy since we work everyday, all day. There were a few issues but once we addressed them, Maingreen rectified the issues immediately. They even took care of some things that were not on our list.
Overall, we are glad we decided to work with Maingreen, especially Matthew and Rachel.

The work that needed to be done was done at the agreed upon price. All concerns, minor, were resolved before the work was completed. The work was completed in a timely manner, before expected even. Matthew and Rachel were very patient with me. Having them took a lot of work out of fixing my house from me. If you are thinking about working with Maingreen - do not hesitate!! We are literally SOO HAPPY with our bathroom and kitchen remodel experience. From the first meeting, our project manager Matthew put us at ease - We felt we were in good hands. He gave us a great price on both the bathroom and the kitchen in comparison to other bids we got and they finished work fast and efficiently. The crew came on time to do the work and Matthew communicated with us throughout with a lot of details and answers and support.

We have been wanting to get this renovation for years and so we had a lot of ideas we wanted to incorporate so it was great also that they had a dedicated designer on the team so we could see a 3D rendering of exactly what the final result would be and it is AMAZING!!

The quality of Maingreen's work is stellar. Their pricing is fair, their crews are efficient and great problem-solvers, and their management is both communicative and courteous.

After March's 2024 hailstorm left us with mold and damage to our sunroom, each of the companies that came out to give us estimates ghosted us. When we finally reached Maingreen, Matthew came out to give us the estimate, carefully walked us through each step of the mold remediation process, and prepared us for the potential of finding additional mold. Thankfully, the mold was only in one area and the remediation process was seamless. Because of the heavy storm damage, we decided to take the room down, and once again, Matthew gave us a clear estimate for the demo and the additional painting and patching needed. The supervisor Maingreen brought in, Paulino, was wonderful. He and his crew did a terrific job, even prepping additional new fascia boards and patching areas that had been causing vermin issues for years. To avoid additional grief from heavy rains, we also hired Maingreen to install gutters on our house (something the house never had.) That work was done swiftly and expertly.

We appreciated the excellent communication skills that Matthew and the different crews demonstrated and the thorough clean up they did after each job. We were especially appreciative that Matthew listened when we said we wanted to wait on further work (although the house needs it) and didn't try to upsell us. We highly recommend Maingreen and hope to work with them in the future.

It's a rare case that Costruction and renovation goes smoothly but our project went as promised; on time, amazing service and it was one of the lower quote we got while shopping around but most importantly we were so comfortable and at peace with Matthew and his crew, great communication is key and I am so in love of how our kitchen came out!
can't recommend these guys enough!

Sadly, Matt called too late but he was the only roofing business that was willing to come and review the job. I am disappointed in the company I hired and truly wanted an actual roofer. Matt was very polite and responsive. I may have to contact him in the future.
