Jesse replaced the roof on our house several years ago and did a great job. He makes sure the job is done right and charges reasonable rates. He is friendly, professional, and responds quickly to calls or emails. I called him yesterday about an area where the caulking had rotted away and he came out today and fixed the problem in a few minutes at no charge (on a Saturday). Contacted Jesse Sunday afternoon, came out Monday to look at the roof vents to replace or add screen to keep the birds from nesting and plugging the air vents.
Jesse quoted a price that was extremely fair and reasonable, and within an 1 1/2 hours of providing an estimate had all 7 vent top removed, bird nests removed screen put in place to prevent more birds nesting and even found some areas that needed some sealant on the roof and fixed that at no charge while he was on the roof. I was having a hard time getting a roofing company to help me with a small job. I'm guessing it's because it was a small job. I decided to give Mahan, the 4th roofer I chose, a call. Jesse answered and scheduled a time for the next Monday. On Monday he called to confirm he was on way at the expected time which I appreciated. He stopped by, took care of the issue for a very reasonable and honest price. My husband and I were very impressed with the fact that he didn't try to take advantage of our roofing ignorance, but instead, after looking at rest of roof he said it was good. We will certainly use him for any future roofing needs and recommend him to friends and family.
