We had several loose concrete tiles so John came out and fixed all the tiles and even found matching tiles to replace the broken ones. While he was there, we opted to have gutter covers installed. Not only is John an honest man but his price was competitive and reasonable. I recommend him to everyone who doesn't want to worry about whether the job is done right or not.

During this last rain storm, I noticed a small leak coming from my skylights. They're pretty old and the glass had lost its seal for a while, so I decided it was time to change them out. I sent out a request for service, and John responded right away. I thought I was out of luck since it was 3-4 days of heavy rain in the forecast, but John came out the same day, within a couple of hours even, and took a look at the damage.
He went over what he thought would be the best option, and after a firm handshake, the deal was done. The quote was very competitive and he seemed like a very honest and knowledgeable guy.
He and his crew of 1 other returned the next morning, with brand new skylights and rebuilt the frame, changed out a few crumbling shingles, and mounted the new skylights in just a few hours.
What a relief to find someone willing to come out on such short notice, give a fair quote, and do a wonderful job on the roof. I'll definitely be a returning customer when I need any roof repair done for my home and I'll be recommending Maginis roofing to my friends and family as well. Thanks again John!

John is incredibly knowledgeable and honest.

I had reached out to him with numerous roofing questions, and not only was he immediately, responsive, he was super friendly and nice. He absolutely could have taken advantage of a situation, and did not.

John was a lifesaver during this past storm. At 11:15pm we heard a horrendous crash on our roof and shortly after lost all power. Thought it was a tree but discovered one of our skylights was ripped off by the winds.
John answered our call. Came out that night during horrendous weather conditions. He put up a temporary fix that has held us through the last few days of rain. He finished up right as the rains began in full force.
Today he was back and installed the new skylight and fixed various broken roof tiles from the storm.
He is responsive, does great work, is friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and so grateful for his help during a storm like I've never seen before!

With the recent heavy storms in our region, my parent's roof started leaking. I contacted many roofing companies on Yelp, and John reached out within minutes (after business hours). John was out the very next morning. I showed him where the leak was coming into the house, and he immediately said he knew where the roof was leaking. John informed me that the leak from the roof was from a broken tile. He repaired the broken roof tile causing the leak in a rain storm. John was very professional, personal, and friendly. John was absolutely awesome! I am currently in escrow on a house that has a metal roof. As you can imagine, there aren't many companies who know much about or service metal roofs. He responded to my Yelp quote quickly and was very flexible with scheduling which was a huge relief especially while dealing with specific times I could be at the home for inspections.

John was punctual, took his time on the roof, and walked through the house to check out all the ceilings to see if there were any old leaks. He was extremely knowledgable about metal roofs and provided a great amount of information about them, how to care for them, and what to expect out of them.

I am so glad I found him on here and I will absolutely be contacting him for any future services I need on the roof.

John is nice, super quick to respond, and help. He replaced the missing tiles, cleaned out the valleys and other water channels, sealed the gaps to extend the roof life. He did a really good job. Highly recommended.
