With the recent heavy storms in our region, my parent's roof started leaking. I contacted many roofing companies on Yelp, and John reached out within minutes (after business hours). John was out the very next morning. I showed him where the leak was coming into the house, and he immediately said he knew where the roof was leaking. John informed me that the leak from the roof was from a broken tile. He repaired the broken roof tile causing the leak in a rain storm. John was very professional, personal, and friendly. Thanks to John, I'm very thankful that my parent's roof is not leaking anymore.

John was absolutely awesome! I am currently in escrow on a house that has a metal roof. As you can imagine, there aren't many companies who know much about or service metal roofs. He responded to my Yelp quote quickly and was very flexible with scheduling which was a huge relief especially while dealing with specific times I could be at the home for inspections.

John was punctual, took his time on the roof, and walked through the house to check out all the ceilings to see if there were any old leaks. He was extremely knowledgable about metal roofs and provided a great amount of information about them, how to care for them, and what to expect out of them.

I am so glad I found him on here and I will absolutely be contacting him for any future services I need on the roof.

John is nice, super quick to respond, and help. He replaced the missing tiles, cleaned out the valleys and other water channels, sealed the gaps to extend the roof life. He did a really good job. Highly recommended.

Needed a flasher installed for bathroom exhaust fan. Maginis was only roofing company that does not charge minimum rate, which is the cost of 3 flasher. John was very response and straight to the point on the phone after sending him roof photos. He was able to squeeze me in next day being only 15 mins from another job. During install John even inspected all other flashers and solar panels making sure screws are all sealant correctly and giving roof maintenance advice. Shows a lot when a small business go beyond expectations even with such a small job.
