made arrangements for a conference ( zoom ?) call for 4:15. Sat next to my phone from 4PM until 5 pm. Never rang. When I complained I was told they had been calling from 4:50pm and there was no answer. Never apologized for missing the original time. Then they blew me off...I guess business is good, don't need a two battery install.

I liked that he came to look at our roof himself instead of only using satellite images. Got our solar installation completed on time and kept us updated on the process. We recently had an issue with our solar inverter. Before hearing from our solar company, I panicked and reach out to other solar companies for help. Emin was one of the first people that responded. He was prompt, thorough, informed and very sympathetic to my situation. Although Magic Solar did not install our original inverter, Emin was willing to help me and asked for a very reasonable compensation compared to the other vendors.

In the end, my solar company eventually reached out to me and they will be the ones to resolve the issue. Nonetheless, I would be willing to work with Emin in a heartbeat. Although I was never technically his client, he still provided me with first class service which sets him and Magic Solar above the rest!
