It's hard in today's day and age to not only find respectful and polite people, but quality work at a fair price! From the very first phone call to a representative showing up at my house for a quote, I can't say enough good things about the company. Cesar was amazing to work with, answered all my questions, and had a quote to me within the hour! Getting a new roof isn't cheap, but always remember you get what you pay for. Do your homework, then call Magallons, you won't be disappointed!! Hands down a class act company with class act employee's!!

From the intial meeting at the Fresno Home Show to the completion of our job Magallon's Roofing is exceptional!
We had a complete shingle removal and install, all new fascia and seamless gutter system. Cesar was my sales rep and point of contact he made sure to answer all my questions along with the ladies in the office, they went above and beyond to make sure our roof was going to look fabulous with all our options! All the teams that came to complete our job over the 4 days did a phenomenal job. They worked efficiently and effectively in the middle of a very hot summer. They always cleaned up better than when they showed up. Very professional! I can't express enough how much we appreciate how they made this whole process stressfree!!

I had Cesar Hernandez from Magallons come to my house and he was supposed to do an estimate for the addition & repair of my roof after seeing my needs. After not hearing back, I called back each week, 5 times over the period of a month and was told sorry each time and that the office staff would get him the message & that he would get back with me. I still haven't heard from a representative from Magallon after telling the lady on the phone how frustrated I was. I called them due to their High google rating so I felt compelled to tell my experience. Very poor business practice. I hope the owner see's this and can help Cesar to understand this is unacceptable.

the installed 2 tube lights in a dark bathroom and dark hallway over the summer of 2022. I love how it turned out. i was concerned because our roof was 20 years old, but they assured me that there would not be any leaks and they were spot on. After all the storms this past winter my beautiful tube lights are in place and no leaks. The installation process was straightforward and they communicated with me in a timely manner. The project manager handled everything. I would highly recommend, great service.

Received a message from Bailey asking for my information in order to schedule then went radio silent after that. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and followed up with them. No responses. Terrible business ethics if you can't even respond to potential clients.

I knew I'd be needing a roof soon - I said last yr , well soon meant this yr , after getting several estimates I decided on going with Magallones Roofing , I met with Alfredo (owner ) who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options , he was no bs just the facts kinda guy (I appreciate that) most other companies sent a salesman well this was the owner who's been in the business since he was a kid (the company was started by his dad ) anyway we agreed on a price (he threw in 2 solar tubes ) and 2 weeks later his crew showed up , they also were all business, cleaned up everyday and 4 days later I had a new roof . We decided on the Owen's Corning 50 yr roof he also gave us the lifetime labor warranty , looks great and we're very happy ! Thanks Alfredo !

The roofer came out took pictures and will be writing a detail estimate. He explained in great detail the recent rain storm along with the two leaves impacted the eave and caused the ceiling leak. Looking forward to the estimate.

It has been raining a LOT lately! No complaints - I am grateful, for sure! But, finding a roofer to come do a ""simple"" repair has been challenging. They have all been extremely busy; No one has the time or, as it seemed, no one wanted to use their time for such a small job.
I needed ONE tile replaced on my roof. It was an obvious repair. One estimate made it clear the job was ""too small"" by quoting an outrageous cost for the repair.
On my way out of the house, headed to work, I noticed a ""Magallon's"" truck across the street working on my neighbor's roof. I called the number, from the side of the truck. The office suggested it was going to be several weeks before anyone could come out. So, I believed, my search would continue. Shortly thereafter I received a call from ""Rafael."" He explained, ""I know (office) mentioned it might be a while. But, we actually have my guys working on a house in your area. Based on what you described, I will take a look but, I think we could get it taken care of today?!""
Are you kidding me!!?? YES!!!
Less than 20-minutes later, Rafael had come out and was on my roof assessing what was needed. He emailed me an estimate that was exactly what he quoted me over the phone - no extras, no hidden costs. I signed it electronically, and his team was on it!
Not only did his team replace the broken tile, they removed and replaced several tiles while checking the integrity of the plywood and replacing the underlayment to ensure no more leaks!
Rafael's number has been saved on my phone! If I ever need additional service done on my roof, or anyone needs a recommendation, Magallon's Roofing will be the one to call!

Don't listen to the negative reviews below, if you read them it's easy to see they're obviously fake accounts/reviews. Look on Google to see their 100% 5-star reviews. Anyway...

I had a total roof replacement done by Magallon's in June 2022.

Alfred came out to bid the job; he was on time, professional, quick, and made sure I had the estimate in-hand before leaving. His bid was right in line with the four other companies whom I received bids from. I gave Magallon's the job due to Alfred's professionalism and my in-laws glowing recommendation.

They were punctual and thoroughly cleaned the job site at the end of every day. The roof turned out better than expected, and should hopefully outlive me.

I couldn't be happier with the result, and would definetly recommend Magallon's Roofing.
