My situation was very bad; a 7 year old roof with multiple leaks including beneath the roof-mounted HVAC system.

The warranty company and insurance companies refused to cover damages despite 40 year warranty and active coverage.

In my journey, I had over a dozen companies come out to inspect the roof and provide estimates. These companies could not explain to me the extent of the damage and justify the outrageous quotes being provided.

I truly felt at a loss.

Then one day I walked outside my house and saw my some roofers working on my neighbors house.

Lucky me I thought, another roofing company; I didn't realize at the time how lucky I was to meet Miguel and his father.

I scheduled an inspection with them as I'd done many times with other outfits at the point.

From day one to the end of the project, Miguel and his father were on point: punctual, professional, and true masters of their craft.

He educated me regarding building codes and roofing standards throughout the inspection, uninstallation, and installation process, and kept a clear line of communication throughout the whole ordeal.

He even assisted me in battling the material warranty coverage and advised me on my rights as a homeowner.

I could write a novel about how professional, expert, accommodating, diligent, thorough, and honest Miguel and MAG are.

And none of it would do these gentlemen justice.

They are quite possibly the best tradesman I've had the pleasure of working with in my life.

When dealing with the HVAC portion of the project company, MAG came out half a dozen times to ensure the roofing around the HVAC was perfect.

To say he went the extra mile would be a gross understatement.

I'm in near disbelief at the amount of work they put in to ensure the job was completed to an excellent standard.

I cannot recommend MAG Roofing enough.

-Honest business with great integrity.
-Masters of their craft.
-Incredibly professional in their communications and setting of project expectations; no surprises at any point whatsoever.
-Accommodating to the schedule and needs of the homeowner.
-Painstakingly thorough and diligent in their approach.
-Good people.

Cons:
-Couldn't find any.

If you have any roofing issues then do yourself a favor and give Miguel and his father a call.

It'll be the right decision, I guarantee it.

I'm so grateful I found MAG Roofing. Our roof (in San Bruno) fell victim to powerful windstorms (shingles blown away). Miguel went beyond when he fought for us when our insurance provider initially refused to cover certain items. MAG Roofing (based in Sacramento) is a family-owned business -- his dad and brother are part of his crew. They were all professional, kind, and hard-working. He was patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. Our roof was completed in 3 business days and I could not be happier with the results. It looks so good! Plus our GAF shingles are covered with a 50-year warranty. I absolutely recommend MAG Roofing to anyone in the Bay Area. I will definitely be reaching out to Miguel again if I have any future roofing needs (i.e., skylight). THANK YOU, Miguel and team!

Miguel and Miguel came in and saved the day! My existing roofing contractor had stalled, so I called Mag. They came out within hours and thank goodness it started to rain and my roof was exposed. They volunteered a tarp and got up there and made sure everything was covered. They returned a quote next day and fit me into their tight schedule knowing that rain was coming. They worked hard and until the job was done. Their work is beautiful and as a family operation they genuinely care about the people they do work for. They even cleaned out my gutters on their way out! Highly recommend!!! PS mine was a mental roof install which are not everyone's forte!
