Bad customer service left a message no response. So I got in my vehicle and drove to their office on Bradshaw when I got there the door was locked. I was buzzard in after several minutes and I explain to their office employee that I called to get an estimate but did not get a call back so now I came in and gave them my business card to get an estimate. It has been 5 days no call back or email. Stay way from this place!!!

As a commercial property manager, when a tenant calls me to report a roof leak, the next thing I do is put a call into Madsen.

In my line of work, the vendors that really make me happy are the ones that have great communication and don't make me call them over and over again to see if they 1.) Got my phone call, 2. Have gone out to look at the issue, and 3. Completed the requested task. I have a busy job and I do not like to hand-hold. Every single person at Madsen have great customer service and great communication. I normally just email or call Jamie (one of the roofers), but I can call the office and someone will always help me or immediately get me to someone who can. And I never have to hand-hold.

Not only that, I almost always get same-day service, even in the rainiest of storms. Those roofers work hard, and their quality is fantastic. Rarely do I have to call them back out again to the same job: Finding a roof leak can be tricky, but these guys are top notch.

I can name for you a good handful of other roof vendors I choose not to use, but that is because not one of them offer the quality and the service I get with Madsen.
