we contracted this company in May, project did not start til end of June, they started the tile removal at this time- its summer time and in Florida that means rain. You would think they have protocols when it comes to this weather, like covering exposure while permits are waiting to be passed. not the case, it took a huge leak into my home for them to place a tarp on the roof and the attitude was "" it happens"". which I'm sure does, but when a customer warns you of a small leak they notice in their home some action should of taken place then, not after more damage has occurred. the attitude is nonchalant, and they disregard your concerns when u question anything. on top of all this repairs we had to pay for out of pocket to fix, they had to wait on tiles 2 weeks on the tiles- that should have been ordered Prior to them arriving to start on the project. once the tiles arrive unbeknownst to us, no call from the company to get an update on when the next date they would be at site for placement. My husband had to call just to get a ""we'll get to it when we get to it attitude"" and by that I mean a week After tiles arrived. So in total 3 weeks with no active work being done on my roof - all while we are getting rained on daily. It's the principal of the whole thing. they are very unprofessional, in how they manage the customer service in my opinion and instead of really trying to make a better impression they keep making it worse. As I speak I have a roof waiting to get finished since 6/26 that is still not complete. I really hate to be this type of person who writes bad reviews on a company especially family owned, but they really treated the whole project like a favor. I have tar on my tiles, holes still not patched in corner areas of the roof any animal can walk into, yet I have to be patient because if not I'm the bad guy. It's communication they are lacking and empathy for the customers concerns in the event things do not go smoothly. It's absurd they only replaced rotten wood from the area that the leak was coming from because we got firm with them. I would think twice about using this company.. i actually chose them because someone in my neighborhood suggested them, but I now regret it. Javier basically asked to not bother him anymore and to contact his father for any other questions I had. Yet he was the main contact when I contracted them. It's Been such a disappointment to say the least.

We decided on cleaning/painting our roof tiles with Fernando and Javier. They are a family owned business that offer the best services. Not only did they beat every other quote we received but they also included in their price fixing various roof tiles that were cracked and installed incorrectly. They were professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I will be using their services in the future. We Highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!
