Jeff works on the roof with his crew because he cares about his companies reputation, roof looks fantastic, crew even cleaned up a brush pile I had made, best value, love my solar tubes he installed. The city inspector knew Jeff's work so he decided not to check the roof from the backyard. Very happy customer!!!

Mackney Roofing completed installing my roof in June 2023. They were very competitive in their bid and under several I received. Jeff, the owner, was very professional, answered texts promptly, answered questions fully and was very enjoyable to work with. In January 2024, I had a leak that was not the fault of the roof, but an installation issue of an air conditioner on the roof. Jeff drove out to Chico from Redding where he is located the very next morning and sealed the leak and checked the roof for any other issues. He found that one solar panel was digging into the roof, so he placed some padding under it. The solar was reinstalled by a company other than Mackney Roofing. So, in this case, even though the problems did not stem from anything wrong with the roof install, Jeff fixed the problem anyway. I would highly recommend Mackney Roofing.

Jeff was the only business to respond on a late Friday afternoon, the next day is New Year's Eve. Our roof was leaking significantly. He diagnosed the issue immediately, then fixed it. What a relief - I had been on the roof in the rain all afternoon. He then proceeded to say - no charge! Sorry, but when someone is that professional, their time is worth something.

Jeff and his team were awesome. Jeff and his team were professional, prompt and good! He and his team showed up when he said they would and did exactly what they were asked to do. Ripped off the whole roof and had it reroofed in 1 day! In this day and age it is sometimes hard to find a company who shows up on time and does the job that they were asked to do. Their price was extremely competitive compared to the other quotes we received. Thanks Jeff and your Crew, you were all great!

My husband and I hired Jeff and his crew to do a tear off and re-roof on our rental home. We had a time frame that he'd begin- not only did he start early he finished the whole job before we were even originally expecting it to start! There was some bad fascia and bent gutters- he fixed both to match the rest perfectly. The site was picked up each day and his workers were super friendly!
