I had Francisco come out to take look into getting some rain gutters installed. He made some great reccomendations. Francisco was very patient with me and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns before the start of the job . I was finally able to decide which way to go and got the jobs completed. This company and employeess are very professional and punctual. Their work is clean and detailed. I highly recommend using MA Raingutters.

Oliver G. and his crew spent 8 hours putting up gutters on our home(it's a small home they just work slow) and left a ton of screws all over the driveway and the curbside. One found its way into my tire and they have been ignoring my calls for days now. Do not work with these sloppy people or it might cost you.

I had gutters falling down due to high winds. I had called sever companies to get them fixed. No one called back or they wouldnt be able to come out for an estimate for a month . These guys called me back the same day and I was scheduled for an appointment the next day. Not only were they on time, they showed up with the materials to do the job that day. I had to wait for my landlords approval, they were able to do the work the next day. The guys were professional, polite and finished the job quickly. I will be using this company again!!

They will threaten you to pay extra money during the middle of project. Also, they said they would include minor repairs for portions that do not need to be replaced , however they won't do it.

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS W-THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE LOW EXPECTATIONS OF HOW YOU & YOUR TIME ARE TO BE TREATED !!

On Wed Sept 18 2019 at 4:13pm I called MA Raingutters spoke to a woman re: an appointment for me to get a quote she scheduled me for Fri Sept 20 at 3pm.

On Fri Sept 20 at 11:42 am I got a voicemail from a woman asking me to call to confirm my appointment.

At 12:07pm Fri Sept 20 I called her back and we confirmed my 3pm appointment for that same day.

At 2:48pm Fri Sept 20 I got a call from a 909 number (not the office) and the voicemail said ""calling to let you know I'm going to be there shortly""

At 2:50 pm I text the driver back ""we are home awaiting our 3pm apt today"" the driver attempted to text back but the msg sent to me was a blank text box. The same 909 number then called 2 more times and I could not talk so I text one of those auto-reply msg ""Sorry I can't talk right now"" followed by the same copy & paste of ""we are home awaiting our 3pm apt today""

I then get a text from the driver stating ""Our time is not to be taken for granted. I called you 3 time already and no one answered please call again for another appointment""

I replied ""what the hell I called the office & confirmed my appt at 12:07pm... you are the one wasting my time... Yelp & Google will know about this if you do not show up... you called me at 2:48pm said you were arriving shortly then you change your mind & do not show up, what is wrong with you?""

Driver then replies: If you are serious about your estimate come outside I have been waiting 17 minutes"" & they screen shots & text a photo of my house.

I reply: "".... if you've been here why not just say ""I'M HERE"" I then CALL the office 3x and there is no answer so I leave a heated message explaining all of the above.

At that exact moment (approximately 3:15pm) my husband says to me ""the gutter appt person is late or now show huh"" and I say NO apparently they been here outside but didn't knock for some reason please go open the door.

(NOTE: my husbands work desk is on the other side of the wall where the front door is and would have heard IF anyone knocked)

My husband opens the door there is a young man NOT at our door or even near it he is just sitting in his truck ... waiting (having a text fight with me instead of knocking on my front door).

The driver exits their truck starts approaching my husband and immediately is RUDE and CONDESCENDING ... my husband has no clue of the previous text interaction and says to him ""you know what man it's cool don't worry about it I don't need a quote"" and goes back inside.

(NOTE: the work truck was not that of a rain gutter / roof company it was an unmarked old circa 1980's Toyota truck with no business markings whatsoever only a wood corral around it holding jumps jumps for parties)

The office must have gotten my message and told the drive to go back b/c the driver knocks on our front door (for the 1st time I might add) and says ""What is the reason you want to cancel your apt""

My husband, cool calm & collective (still does not know any of what happened only the BAD ATTITUDE of the driver says because I do not do or give business to people with BAD ATTITUDES CLOSES the door and then I tell my husband the above story.

We leave to the LA County Fair and on our 15 minute drive in a Lyft we have a conversation of ""service"" and businesses and people with no decorum & wonder how do they stay in business with these type of practices ... treating people like SH** and disrespecting their time ?!?

So if you don't mind being disrespected and doing business with people who do not value how to treat another person yet alone someone who is trying to spend money at their establishment then by all means go for it, hire MA Gutters

There are a lot of contractors that do this work. No one is perfect and it is how mistakes are handled that is telling.

I had Marcos and team replace a roof for me on a 3 unit home in March of 2017. I had several issues:
1. A worker walked into an apartment, uninvited and without prior permission while a woman was getting dressed, to ""charge his phone"".
2. Several issues with the work itself including missing flashing. An AC unit that was removed from it's roof platform, the platform removed and not replaced and the AC unit just left hanging by its power hookup, unattached. Areas of pooling in the roof, gutters that were promised were never installed, and temporary reinforcements were left in place, to name some of the issues.

The roof is leaking now after the first big rain since the job was done. I didn't leave a review before because he worked to try to make the issues right. The temporary reinforcements were removed and the person committing illegal entry was never on the site again. But having repaired the water damage from the last leak and to have it leak again a year later is just really frustrating. I called their office but based on others' experiences and my own experience with them, I don't expect much. Though I will update my review if they make it right. I really should have just called the cops on the illegal entry and hired someone else and taken the loss of the upfront $6k but the roof was already stripped and I would have been really in a bad position trying to find another roofer while hoping the roof didn't see rain without material on it.

Update: They returned my call the same day to make an appointment for the next. Marco's team will patch some areas.

Bought a house last year. We were told we were 1 year into a 5 year warranty for the roof. The first rains came last fall. The roof was pooling water. I called Marcos and he came and explained the warranty covered leaking, not pooling. He charged me about $1000 to put to drains into the roof that had 4 more years under warranty. Fast forward to 1 year later (now). The rain last week immediately leaked into my bedroom. My freshly painted drywall is bubbling and I've been calling the company for 4 days with no response or communication on when they'll come and fix. This company doesn't do things the right way and I'd recommend you find someone else.

Make sure to get a contract and inspect the work before anyone is paid. They didn't finish the work on the second floor of our roof and have been giving us the run around for weeks now. We have no tile on the roof in the middle of winter. I'm shocked by how unethical they are behaving. I'm hoping this is all a misunderstanding and someone from their company makes an attempt to help resolve this issue.
