Work took over 4 mo, when it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. They also damaged my lawn badly. Didn't offer to fix. Nice people but disappointed.

Great customer service! Reasonable prices. We contracted M3 Roofing to replace out 37+ year old roof. They did a great job at explaining the construction process as well as the permit, inspection and paperwork process. The construction team was very swift, organized and cleaned up the debris. They had great communication and kept is informed of every detail throughout the process. Xavier and Michelle are wonderful and warm people that make you feel at ease through the duration of the project. I highly recommend their service.

If you've ever done construction in miami you have lived through horror stories that would make Stephen King blush. However M3 strikes down all of your fears.

I met M3 in October and asked to start the project in January; no problem. Paid my deposit chose my tile. Now the choices. They have tons. Since we live in the Gables we chose a Spanish made tile that had an up charge. Xavier brought us samples of the two we narrowed down too and this really helped.

The installation was seem less. All inspections were passed on the first shot. What was really cool was that they have a web site that is updated constantly with pictures of your home taken at level and then with a drone! I was so impressed. I have solar panels. M3 worked in coordination with the solar company and handled it themselves. It was headache free.

There was no mess. Xavier or his wife answered all calls, texts, or emails within minutes. Try getting that response time in Miami! All questions were answered. And if they didn't know the answer, they would get back too you.

Finally the craftsmanship is impeccable. M3 are not your typical roofers. They are artists. If your in the Gables/South Miami/Pinecrest, I highly recommend them.
