I contacted Miguel via email on a Friday at around 7 AM. He promptly responded at about 8 AM and provided us with an estimate by 10 AM!
Among the four quotes we received, M1 offered the most fair quote, and Miguel appeared very knowledgeable, so we opted to hire him.

The job itself only took two days. The crew worked fast, responsibly, and left the area clean. Miguel maintained clear communication with us at every step and was patient as we navigated our insurance process. He showed us various color samples, and we opted for charcoal, which looks fantastic on our roof! Additionally, we had solar fans installed for improved ventilation and gutter guards to reduce clogs. We are also happy with the warranty offered by M1.

My husband and I were dreading when the day came to replace our roof but M1 made the process a breeze. Highly recommend.

I had a tree come down and take out a corner of the roof, smashing the gutter. Miguel came out quickly, he was the only one (of three companies and insurance adjuster) and that caught truss damage. I decided to wait for insurance to move forward with repairs and Miguel sent someone out to tarp the roof the next day to prevent further water damage.

My roof looks amazing, gutter is beautiful and overall had a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be using M1 roofing for any future roofing needs

Miguel was the first person to respond to my quote request within about 10 minutes of being submitted. He showed up to my house within an hour, got my roof inspection done, and a quote by the end of the day. All repairs and preventative work completed the very next day. I was really in need of a quick response and resolution because more rain was on the way, and I was headed out of town. During the recent storms I noticed a leak in the ceiling on my porch. I requested quotes from several yelp businesses. M1 Roofing was one of the first companies to respond and was able to get out to inspect the issue the next day. Miguel looked over my roof and explained what was going on. The quote I received for the work was slightly higher than some of the competing offers but also encompassed a more thorough inspection and repair. After meeting Miguel, I trusted him and his company to do the work. He was able to fit our repair in for the next day. The team arrived early and worked hard throughout the day. They did excellent work.

When the next storm coming through the area caused a recurrence of the leak I let Miguel know. He had his team out to repair the issue the next day at no additional cost. They stood by their guarantee to fix the issue. I will definitely be using Miguel and M1 Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Miguel's team is amazing. I've had him out several times to repair issues that our last roofer created.
He really understands roofing. He has replaced large sections of my roof as well as replaced ridge caps and installed gutter guards. Everything was done perfectly.
Regarding his team, they just show up and work tirelessly. They were all really pleasant and professional. Some of them were out there all day in 100 degree weather and they never stopped smiling.
It was a real joy to work with Miguel and his crew and I would recommend him to anyone! He is the only person I call when I have a problem with my roof.
