At the suggestion of a neighbor who had positive replacement roofing and gutter experience with M and R Roofers, we solicited a quotation from them for gutter replacement. They were very responsive and came out to assess the project and provide a quote promptly.

After acceptance we were given multiple dates, none of which were met. I had to escalate and was then given a date for the following day. They did a very good job once on-site to do the work.

Integrity and honoring commitments in business dealings is important to me. I am rating them as 4 stars, as I appreciate the quality of their work product though I do believe they need to work on job scheduling and/or set more realistic expectations for timeframes with their customers. In the end I am pleased to report M & R Roofing did a great job, just like my neighbors!

I am not very happy with our new roof. My wife goes in the attic and tells me she can see the sunlight through the new roof! They did something to ""patch"" the light but on the next rain water is coming in from the main beam on the roof. My wife calls and now no one answers the phone, so we call our resident manager who says ""they always answer the phone"", now my wife calls 10 minutes later and now they answer. My wife had called several times so maybe they have caller ID. The only way ""light"" can come through a roof is that something is missing in the installation as light cannot go through the felt paper, adhesives and roofing material. I hope this is not a long term problem that perpetuates for many years to come. 2 reapirs on a new roof? My neighbor also has leaks in his roof which is adjoined to our unit.

A+ Rating for M & R Roofing who really doesn't need to advertise their company; ""word-of-mouth"" recommendations from very satisfied customers should keep them busy all year long! From my initial contact to the completed work, less than 2 weeks! The project itself took less than 3 days! The bid was very reasonable; the roofers were always efficient and polite; and the finished work is excellent! Special thanks to Manager Roger Borce and Agent Cheryl Hill. Both were so accommodating and maintained regular communication with me throughout the pleasant process!

Simply stated, this company turned out to be ""Above and Beyond"". Excellent workmanship, attention to detail, great price, excellent customer service, honest and professional. M & R Roofing & Raingutters, LLC was recommended to us by a perfect stranger, as we cruised around the Mililani/Waipio Gentry area looking for an ideal roof to replace our thrice repaired tile roof. Bless this perfect stranger, Richard, for letting us admire his roof & referring us to Roger, the owner of M & R Roofing & Raingutters and his expertise with Classic Rustic Shingles. Factory trained, Roger ensures that his lead workers know how to ""lay it right""! Carlo, lead/supervisory roofer, also did an excellent repair job on our termite/ wood-rot fascia. When the job was done, Carlo went around to do his final inspection and with a can of matching spray paint, made sure to touch-up anything that needed it - minor nicks, nail heads.... Perfection!

The crew were all trustworthy and very polite, I believe, a reflection of Roger's leadership. Cheryl, our saleslady, was not only professional but also responsive, patient and explained anything and everything to us. The only surprises we got were good ones, thanks to Roger's big heart. :)

Just had my old roofing removed and replaced. M&R did a great job. They have a big team so things go quickly. They were able to do a few extra things I asked for. They even had to work around a period of rain, but it all went well, no leaks during the process. Certainly a company I recommend and would use again.
