Our carport area was in a delapidated  state and needed to be improved after 41 years..  We called for estimations and we hired MK Home Builders to do the improvement.  During the interview, Mr. David Malka stated that the job would be done within a week, and would include removing all outdated materials and replacing the structure with a new and modern interior, and included additional storage spaces for the tenants, as well as a complete painting of the interior structure. He also covered all cracks that were on the cement floor and resurfaced the entire floor.  The job was done on time and the improvements made to the carport was outstanding.  We are very satisfied with the work and would recommend their services to anyone.  MK Home Builders did a great job!

Between the several general contractors who met with us to discuss the job, only Jade had the expertise from day one to evaluate the project from both the design and the construction angle. Jade and David worked with us by listening to what we wanted and making suggestions. The whole process, from start to finish, was smooth and professional, and the final result was stunning.

MK was not the cheapest bid we received but they were not far. The end result far exceeded our expectations!! So incredibly impressed with the work i cannot express this enough :) I highly recommend.

I worked with David and MK Home Builders for a project on one my buildings - highly recommend him! He kept in good contact with me and my family throughout the process. The payment process was pretty straight forward, some deposit, interval payments and a balance due at completion. All went smoothly via checks and etc - and David also did a great job of following up and ensuring we were happy with the work performed.

Disappointment. A garage drywall install turned out to be an electrical nightmare. The Final finish was satisfactory but there were some flaws. Also, there were false promises and I don't understand the great pics of work and only one review. Clients beware.

Great price, communication and quick work. Everyone we worked with was super kind and friendly. Only hiccup is the inability to pay with a credit card while expecting payment on day of work instead of invoices w a standard net 30.

So I was referred to MK builders through my friend and her bathroom came out amazing. I was at first skeptical due to it being hard to find a good contractor that is honest and does the work he says he's going to do. My friend had good things to say about them. Once meeting them I felt the most comfortable with MK due to how honest and really gave quality service. We did our kitchen and bathroom. They guided me through the process and really delivered what they said they would. I am going to be using them on more jobs around the house and I recommend you give them the opportunity due to the service and quality of their work! I mean just take a look at my kitchen ! Eli and MK group did my kitchen counter tops and flooring can't even explain how satisfied am I.
Answering any questions at any time and really putting a lot of care to make a client happy.
All touch ups made right away and the area staid cleaner than it was before they started. I will recommend MK home builders to anyone that want to do any project in his home , you will not regret.
